Retiro perfecto del ajetreo y el bullicio de la vida. Ideal para fines de semana, alquileres semanales o de temporada. Mucho espacio para relajarse y un gran espacio para compartir en familia y amigos. Gran patio trasero, amplio, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada / comedor, 4 habitaciones (para 12), 2 baños completos, sala de estar, estudio, garaje adjunto. La habitación del tercer piso tiene 4 camas individuales, mucho espacio de guardarropas y mucha privacidad. Lavadora / secadora en el sótano; Acceso a wifi. Después de un largo y divertido día en las Montañas Blancas, es el lugar perfecto para descansar y descansar por la noche. Ubicada a 2 millas de Loon Mtn., Nuestra casa está en un vecindario tranquilo y a una corta caminata del centro y otros puntos de interés. INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL A CONTINUACIÓN:

APARTAMENTO: Adjunto a nuestra casa hay un apartamento privado de un dormitorio con entrada independiente y entrada trasera. Este apartamento se alquila anualmente y no está disponible para su uso o alquiler a través de este sitio web. Respete amablemente la privacidad de nuestro inquilino. Mantenga el ruido del patio y del porche al nivel de conversación después de las 9:00 p. metro. Gracias.

The ideal seasonal rental

We were two families who shared this rental for the winter/ski season and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house. The location was ideal with a short drive to Loon and right in town for restaurants and shopping. The house had ample space for our two families and the well equipped kitchen with large dining room served us well for family dinners. The owners were very responsive and helpful throughout the rental period. We feel extremely lucky to have found such a great rental for the season!

Perfect Place for Family

This home was well furnished for all our needs. The kitchen was great for cooking and gathering. There was a warmth and comfort like going to Grandma's for a visit and our whole group was happy. The owners were very attentive and responsive.

Fun in New England!

This was our 2nd trip to New Hampshire. We loved the Fall season so much we decided to invite friends to this experience. The house was perfect... quiet cozy spaces and a great game table for the group. Beds were super comfortable and whatever we needed was there. Can't wait to visit again!

Felt like Home

We were traveling to Lincoln for a family funeral. As soon as we walked in the house we felt at home. Very comfortable, clean and soothing. Space was wonderful to spread out with family visitors. House worked well for my 2 year old granddaughter and 83 year old Mom and those of us in between. So thankful for the family sharing this special place with us!

Amazing place

My family and I wanted to celebrate my mother's birthday away from home. This place was amazing. You find everything you needed so we didn't worry about bringing anything. Something else that I loved it is how big and clean the house is. My daughter and nephew run to their fullest in the yard. We truly had an awesome experience and would love to repeat it in the future!!!

Great house with great history in a great location

The home is large and well maintained and in a great location. It is older and clearly more regulary "lived in" than homes which are exclusively used for VRBO rentals, but I think this added greatly to the charm. You could almost feel the memories of that house full of children in what looks like a tremendous and loving family! We love Lincoln and will not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in town!

Home away from home in the White Mountains

Our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 elementary-school-aged children) rented this house for 4+ months in the Covid winter of 2020-2021. It was the perfect home away from home. We were able to host out-of-town family & friends (after appropriate quarantine periods & testing, of course) during longer vacation periods. Everyone who visited loved both the house and their time in New Hampshire. The owners are very communicative and extremely helpful. The location is perfect for walking to town and to the plethora of outdoor activities in the White Mountains. We skied at 4 different mountains during our stay. The house was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need and there are tons of recreational items available for your use as well. We grilled, even in the dead of winter, and used the fire pit a few times. We hope to visit again in the near future.

Roomy home with lots of charm

The house is within walking distances to shops, restaurants and activities. There is plenty of room and the house has lots of charm with a third floor bedroom, a rec room in the basement and a large backyard. It is clean, neat and well taken care of. The kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking with plenty of seating. The host is very responsive and got back to us right away every time I messaged her before our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Yearly family get together

The pictures are very accurate and very very homey feeling as soon as you walk in. Well, it didn't hurt that there was cookies and wine on the island, 🍷 But what the pictures don't show is a Mom and Dad and their 8 children that grew up in this house and you can almost feel what it might have been like? Nice house with no scary noises at night. My wife and I slept very sound in the king room. Two blocks to the main st RT 112 and the grocery store amongst every other store in Lincoln.

Great location and lovely house in White Mountains

The house is located in the center of Lincoln, it's very convenient to shop and eat. If you like to hike and ski, this place is very close to some of the best trails in the area. We had a great time hiking in the fall, and will definitely come back for more.

Thanks for a great weekend

We wanted a quick weekend away before our daughter started school. The house was perfectly located for what we wanted to do. Both the flume gorge and the lost river were only minutes away. There are some great restaurants very close by. The house was clean and comfortable with a couple of really nice welcoming touches. Thank you for a great first experience with vrbo.

First time in New Hampshire

The house has character, plenty of towels, sheets and extra blankets available. Clean and well taken care of .Very nice location, close to downtown, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Recommended for larger families.

The House is a truly a perfect place for a vacation. Location in Lincoln is perfect for a guest(s) who seeks tranquility and access to the white mountains. 10 minutes drive from Echo Lake and Franconia Notch. The house is full of small touches that make the stay special. Charming, cozy and very functional. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Laundry room in the basement with all that is needed for the comfortable stay. Garage allows to keep all sport equipment outside and its well connected to the house. Communication with the host is very fluid. Host is very helpful to answer any questions during the stay. Overall, I would give the highest rating possible to this property and look forward to visit again.

A true home from home

We rented the property for the winter season and it is a true home from home. It is spacious and very well equipped for 2 families. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Lincoln. The owners are very responsive and really looked after us, responding to all queries very quickly. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Great house.

Excellent location on a quiet street a short walk to the main strip.The house was very clean with ample beds for our 8 grand children and enough linens and towels for everyone.The house was well stocked with cooking utensils,glassware,paper products and place settings.The house was well stocked with fans but the addition of an a/c unit in the attic bedroom would have greatly cooled down that 4 bed area.Other than the area spoken about we all thoroughly enjoyed the house ,location and the owners welcoming gift of wine and cookies.Thanks for everything.

Feels like home

We rented this house over the winter with a few friends who are weekend ski instructors. We expected a nice house and what we got was a second home. It was above and beyond our expectations. The house is spacious, clean and cozy. Any minor issues that popped up were quickly resolved by the landlady. HIGHLY recommended.

Like going back to Grandma's house

The pictures do no service to how cozy and spacious this house feels. The open concept kitchen / dining room make the house feel huge and easily sat the 11 of our family. The kitchen was very well prepared with pots, pans, dishes, silver and utensils to do all of the Thanksgiving cooking for the family. There are even extra spices if you come up short. The bedrooms were very clean and spacious also, with many closets to hang everyone's entire wardrobe. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets ready for the cold nights. Our entire family had a great time sharing the holiday and would definitely go back again.

I reside in southern NH with my husband, and we have two grown children. I grew up in this home, and I am the 4th child in a family of 8. Upon our parents' retirement, they decided to move to the southwest to be near a few of my sisters and to enjoy a warmer year-round climate. We are grateful that they also decided to turn this home over to us so we could continue to enjoy and build memories with our own families.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

A bit of history:

Prior to our parents' purchase of this home around 1960, the local physician lived here and operated his practice out of the section of the home which is now a separate apartment. He became friends with my father (and his ever expanding family) and sold it to my dad for a very low price. It was a busy, active, and noisy home with 4 boys and 4 girls...and 2 dedicated, hard working parents.

Because of all the great memories we had being raised here, we wanted to keep it in the family so that our children could experience some of what made our growing up years in Lincoln, and in this home, so memorable and special.

My siblings and I still use our home and look forward to reuniting here with our families at least once/year.

Feels like a home and not just a rental property. Lots of backyard space for kids to enjoy...and toys for inside play. Walking distance to everything. Feeling of safety in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Close to all the White Mountain attractions, including great restaurants, theater, local swimming holes, mini-golf, skiing, night life at the Woodstock Station, and lots more. Perfect home for families and friends to share.
