This owner-managed condo promises a personal touch and meticulous attention to detail unmatched by larger rental firms.

Bask in the sun by the pool or marvel at the breathtaking white sands and clear emerald waters at this quaint boutique getaway.

This Gulf-facing condo boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and covers 1,500 square feet. It features a fully equipped kitchen, elegant living and dining spaces, and a private balcony.

Accommodating up to eight guests with a King, two Queen beds, a Full, and a Twin bed, comfort is guaranteed for all. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a standalone shower, while the guest bathroom has a tub-shower combo.

Enjoy an array of amenities: a pool overlooking the Gulf, a children's pool, direct beach access, a vast courtyard, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, a gym, and an arcade.

Located on the Penthouse Building's second floor, the condo offers easy access to the elevators and gym, and is just steps away from dining, shopping, and attractions.

Directly across the street are favorites such as Chick-fil-A, Pizza Hut, Waffle House, and the exciting Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park.

Beautiful clean 3-bedroom unit. Host was super easy to work with. We have stayed at Silver Dunes many times but this was the first time in this unit. We loved it! One of the highlights of this unit is the access to the beach locker with chairs, umbrella and boogie boards, etc. We always use the beach service but they put their chairs away at 5 pm daily. So we appreciated having access to the beach locker with extra chairs to use during sunset and stay longer at the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Silver Dunes

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Just a short walking distance to the beach with no highway to cross to get to it. Condo was clean and the host was extremely nice and easy to communicate with.

Great location, roomy space

The home had comfy beds and plenty of space. The host was quick to help and very responsive. Make sure to bring in advance or plan to get some basic items like trash bags and paper towels. The kitchen is decently stocked. The beach and amenities on the property grounds were wonderful.

Destin Family Trip 24

The property was perfect for our family of 5 adults plus our one year old grandson! Plenty of bedrooms, all the conveniences, and really appreciated the "starters" to help before we could hit the grocery store! Kari was a wonderful host--quick to respond to any inquiries, and especially helpful in providing a high chair upon our request! Thank you for making our trip pleasant & worry-free.

Birthday trip

We had a wonderful stay! We traveled to Destin to Celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday with her friends, and they loved it! Admittedly we did not spend a lot of time inside as we were out enjoying Destin, but the condo had absolutely everything you could possibly need. I loved the proximity to the beach - there were no busy streets to cross. The pool was very clean. It is gated for extra security and the security guard was so nice. The location is so close to everything in Destin - it made getting around so easy. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Fantastic Property and Host- A+++

Really enjoyed our stay at the Silver Dunes. The property was just as advertised and completely met our expectations. The host Kari was outstanding. She responded promptly to all our questions and was super accomdating to our needs. The place was spacious, secure, clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our adult (4 people) family. Will definately stay again if our travels take us back to Destin.

Great stay

We had a great time there over the fourth. Lots to do, Ocean was beautiful, shopping, eating, pretty much anything you wanted. The condo was great just a short walk to the beach. Condo had everything needed for the week.

Amazing!

My family had an amazing stay! We had everything we needed! The beach locker was so helpful. We had a couple very small "hiccups", I am only mentioning this bc ppl should know Kari was very easy to get ahold of and get things taken care of. The environment was extremely family friendly, getting to the beach was easy. The condo was clean and perfect!

Amazing stay!!

The condo was amazing and centrally located!!! There were plenty of towels as well as beach towels, the kitchen was fully stocked with lots of cups plates pots and pans. The only thing was there weren’t any spices but we just went and bought what we needed. The grill area is super nice and the walk to the beach is only about a minute or two at best. The pool was very nice and very clean!!!! I will definitely be coming back to stay here!!!! The owner was so nice and communicating with her was a breeze. I needed to contact her for something minor and her response was within 1 minute. The people that worked at the Silver Dunes were so nice too!!!!

This is a great condo.

This a great condo but pulling into the gate the outside of the building looks a little sketchy. When we open the door to the condo we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was really nice. The only problem that we had was that the hot water for the shower didn’t work in the hallway bathroom. Therefore everyone had to shower in my room. Other than that I would definitely recommend

Amazing property, perfect for our family.

We are thrilled we found this property among the many choices in Destin. We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our time here, and it has a lot to do with this beautiful condo and having Kari as a host. The property is well maintained, clean, quiet, family friendly and you can’t beat the location. We enjoyed the smaller size of Silver Dunes property, compared to the larger towers nearby. The pool was very well maintained and a great size. The ability to walk down easily to the beach (with beach lockers to limit lugging) was so valuable. There is a grassy area to enjoy playing outside, along with basket ball/pickle ball courts we enjoyed throughout our stay. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had every appliance and comfort of home that we needed during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space for our family of five. The balcony was great for sitting outside, and enjoyed the view of the pool and the ocean. We have rented plenty of VRBO‘s throughout our travels, and this was one of the best! I can’t say enough about how lovely and helpful Kari was throughout her stay. She was a great resource for ideas of activities, and also available for anything that came up during our stay. Checking in and checking out was very easy and made arriving and departing convenient. Perfect for our Family

We wanted a 3 bedroom where we could walk to the beach without crossing a road, and this delivered. The sand was amazing, the pool was nice and warm, and we made great use of basketball and pickleball as well. The air conditioner was broken when we got there but the property manager addressed it immediately and we didn't have another issue. The size of the unit was perfect for us. The cleaning crew could have done a better job- but all the furniture and appliances were in good order.

Silver Dunes was absolutely perfect for us. We felt right at home. The condo was comfortable ,clean.Heated pool,grills,ocean were a very short walk.Kari was a great host, responded quickly to messages.Awesome patio with ocean view. Perfect vacation spot

Everything was just as the description says. Beautiful view of the gulf snd palm trees all over the property. Kids enjoyed the basketball court and the heated pool. Beds are very comfortable and slept great all week. Would recommend to everyone and will definately book again.

Great updates condo

Kari was great to work with and was very prompt with communication. The resort was a little outdated, but the condo itself was wonderful. Great furniture and decor. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size (including spare rooms). Beach towels and games were a nice bonus. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall a great, affordable place to call home for the week! Thanks Kari!

Hello, I'm Kari!

Born and raised in the Great Lakes State, I now live here with my husband, our three children, and a few beloved fur babies.

I’m a CPA with two law degrees, but for the past nine years, I've been focused on raising our children. Recently, I've taken on the role of managing our properties, which I thoroughly enjoy.

My husband and I are passionate travelers who love exploring different cultures and cuisines. We’ve spent a lot of time traveling around Europe, and Greece is next on our list.

Despite our love for travel, we rarely leave Michigan during the summer. Michigan summers on the lake are unbeatable! We love boating, paddleboarding, beach days, and hiking the sand dunes.

At home, our children keep us busy with their sports, music, and art classes. They are also learning Mandarin through an immersion program, and our oldest attend an environmental school.

The location is hard to beat. It is very close to restaurants and shops while still being on the Gulf of Mexico with the beach in your backyard.

Our property is part of a low-density condo community. We enjoy peace and serenity to crowded pools and beaches any day. Additionally, we absolutely love the courtyard. This is not something we have seen at other properties. It is wonderful for enjoying a stroll, playing sports or other games. Plus, the resort often utilizes this area for evening entertainment. So much to love about this place.
