With modern furnishing and new appliances, you have all you need for a quality stay. We are in a serene neighborhood on the Irvington/Union border, with great neighbors who look out for each other. Enjoy downtown Union and Maplewood restaurants and bars. A short ride from Newark Airport and downtown Newark.

This large apartment is conveniently located on the first floor of the building. The Main bedroom has a brand-new queen bed laid with clean white sheets, Air conditioning, Closet space, 2 full mirrors, and night lamps with charging.

The sunroom serves as both a dining area and a relaxation spot to soak in the morning sun.

The living room has a super comfy sofa, a 4-seater classy dining, overlooking a large window to take in the morning Sun, and a Smart TV (use your own sign in) for your enjoyment.
Our full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, blender, toaster, a double-door fridge with freezer, non-stick cooking pots, dinnerware, a coffee maker and a 30-inch gas stove with a self-cleaning oven. The kitchen also has an Island with 2 modern bar stools for your convenience. Cooking shouldn't be boring and lonely.

The apartment consists of a 1-full bath and an additional private large half bath.
In the bathroom, there are modern facilities, all for our guests.
There are several laundromats near the property just 2 minutes away for laundry needs.

Guests have access to the entire private apartment except for locked utility rooms. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment and on-premises.

All areas within the 1st-floor unit are fully accessible to guests. However, there is no access to the host’s personal items stored in the garage (garage is available for parking only), the 2nd floor, or the basement.

Other things to note
This is a multifamily home, please be considerate and keep all noise to a minimum, respecting all other occupants. Please use the driveway at all times for parking. Street parking requires a permit. We are unable to accommodate Large trucks/campers in our premises.
