~1700 sq ft of living space across two floors. You will enjoy a short 2 minute walk to the beach, convenient, close access to Bogue Sound and situated right across from the Emerald Isle Bike Path. This spacious duplex offers enough room for 6 people to kick back and relax, cook a delicious meal or enjoy a beautiful fiery, golden hued sunset from the sound side porch.

Ground Level: Features a garage for guests use and an enclosed outside shower on the back side of the house.

First Floor: Offers Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom and oceanside balcony with seating. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also on this floor along with a full bath in the hallway.

Second Floor: Guests will enjoy a cozy living room, modernly equipped kitchen and dining area perfect for family meals or game night. More importantly, this floor maximizes the spectacular views of the ocean and sound. With porches on both sides of the house for everyone to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. This floor also features the half bathroom.
