An 80’s/90’s classic home. Ski In, Ski Out via the Homeowners trail during the winter. Enjoy the vast views drinking your coffee and cocktails on the large decks in the summer. Spread the family out in this 7,111 square foot home with all 9 bedrooms having their own bathroom! Soak in the luxurious Hot Tub overlooking the Elk Range year-round.

Bedroom 3- King with Day Bed, 1st floor. Full Bathroom
Bedroom 4- Mini Master- King, 2nd floor. Full Bathroom, conjoined Nursery with Crib
Bedroom 5- Queen, 2nd floor. Full Bathroom
Bedroom 6- 2 Twin Beds, 2nd floor. Full Bathroom
Bedroom 7- 2 Twin Beds, 2nd floor. Full Bathroom

Great for multi-family gatherings, cooperate retreats and wedding groups. Please note you cannot have events on the premises in accordance with MT. CB rules and guidelines. You will be required to sign a Good Neighbor Policy, as created by the town of Mt. Crested Butte.
No Pets.

The host was a great communicator. We had 16 adults and a 9 month old in this house and we never felt like we were crowded. The house has a great layout and it was very clean. Lots of carpet but very well maintained. Great use of the bed room spaces to accommodate a large/mixed group (combo of large beds and twin beds). Every bedroom had a bathrooms. Appreciated having a space for the baby with a crib in one of the bedrooms. The Kitchen was very well stocked for basic cooking. Conveniently located on the First Tracks free shuttle route. (We were not able to tak advantage of ski-in/ski-out because of the limited runs that were open but that did not bother us) There are breathtaking views from every room. Every window was a picture window. It was unbelieveable. Perfect for large groups, very spacious and comfortable, breathtaking views. There are 2 fireplaces, 1 gas and 1 wood burning with tond of chopped firewood. The beautiful glassed in hot tub room on wrap around front porch with incredible panoramic view. Could not ask for better. I highly recommend!!!

This was a great house for our large group of 11 women. It was spacious: lots of beds and bathrooms. It had great hanging out areas, including outdoor deck with lots of seating and spectacular views. The hot tub was a fun bonus. I would recommend this house. It is a short drive to town and we enjoyed some nice hiking in the area.

Amazing location for a ski weekend!

Highly recommend, and we will likely be returning in the future! This house was ski in/ski out, and a quick 5 minute drive into the downtown area. Great for big groups - we had a big group of 14 people stay very comfortably at this house, and we loved the 70s style vibe. Amazing views as well, huge bonus.

Fun girl's weekend

We had a fantastic stay in Crested Butte. The house fit all of us comfortably. The views were incredible, and it was nice having the hot tub! The house is great for big groups. We all had a place to gather and then escape for some quiet time. Fun weekend!

Wonderful for a large group

We came to CB for ultra race and other recreation 4X4 hiking fishing etc. We had a group of 14. This spacious house had it all. Large living area and kitchen and separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and nice views at this quiet location. We would definitely rent it again!

Great for Groups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group of 10 had a lot of fun in this house. Its quirky but quite roomy. The 10 in-suite bathrooms made everyone happy and the bar and hot tub areas got a lot of use. The kitchen is weirdly small, but that didn't really matter. The house could use a keypad instead of physical keys. Note that the house is ski-in, but a short walk-out to the slopes.
