Beautiful 3 Bed/3 Bath Townhome with Garage, Hot Tub and Views! Walk to lifts

Enjoy this beautiful walk to lifts townhome that sleeps 8. The free shuttle bus picks up every 15 minutes at the end of the driveway and will take you to the base area or into town.

This townhome features 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, AMAZING views and a hot tub available to Treasury Point Guests.

There is a king bed in the master on the third floor, which has a full bathroom. There is also an office area, and a private balcony. Also on the third floor is another bedroom with a queen bed with a full bathroom.

The middle floor has a large kitchen, dining area, full bath, and ample living room along with a bedroom with 1 queen and twin bunkbeds. This condo has a large open floor plan that makes it great for entertaining. The kitchen has everything you could need to whip up a memorable meal. The dining room table seats 8 + and there are 4 bar stools as well. Come relax on the comfortable overstuffed furniture and take in the AMAZING view, or perhaps sit on the private balcony and celebrate another wonderful day of adventures.

Free fast wireless. The garage can fit 2 normal cars, with one car outside the garage. 4 TVs connected to the internet so you can log into your Netflix or Amazon accounts. There is a washer and dryer. This is a top-of-the-line building located at the base of Mt. Crested Butte.

The slopes are about 3/4 block walk. You walk thru a tunnel to the West Wall lift. From there you can ski anywhere on the mountain - or just go to the base and buy your ski tix! In the summer, enjoy the free outdoor concert series in the base area. It is a short walk for kids of all ages to the base in the summer for the excellent biking, hiking, zip-lining, disc-golf, putt putt golf and panning for gemstones.

The hot tub is shared and is beautiful - outside with a view. There is a gas grill in the garage. Please only use the pad outside the garage to grill! The view is of Crested Butte Valley! Come enjoy the space and luxury!

The house worked well for a 3 generation family. The bedrooms and common area were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials for rounding out meal prep. We could park 3 cars on the property and store bikes in the garage which was a deciding factor in selecting the property. We would stay here again.

Quick stay to ski

The property was very nice. Plenty of space for all of us. Easy walk to the chair lift. Kids loved the hot tub.

We’ll be back!

Our family is very familiar with this area of Crested Butte. We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We even hosted a family dinner for 15 one evening! Everything is very convenient and the shuttle was easy and predictable. We had a wonderful time, great skiing, great weather, and a fabulous place to stay. Would recommend! We will be back.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this property last weekend for our son’s graduation from Western Colorado University. It was spacious and had all of the amenities we needed! Communication was easy and prompt! Highly recommend and will have on our list for future stays in CB.

Quiet, nice place to stay

This is the third time we have rented this townhome. Always enjoy the serenity and view. The kitchen was much better stocked this time. Will come back to visit again.

Excellent Location & Property

The location was perfect in order to hit the slopes or catch a shuttle downtown! The property was extremely clean and comfortable for three couples! Hot tub is closed for the season which was the only thing I may have missed in description. Highly recommend the property to anyone looking for their winter get away!

Townhomes at Treasury Pt.

We had a great time. A short walk to the closest lift. Bus ride to base is close by. The house was stocked with everything you need! Beds were a little hard but a mattress topper would solve that. Overall, a great place to stay!

Girls hiking trip

Great property - plenty of room for the 6 of us. Easy to communicate with owner/manager of the property. There was a kitchen drawer missing (assume broken), and we found a pile of kleenex behind a nightstand when trying to plug in charger, but otherwise a great experience.

Nice place to land!

Check in was easy, location was nice, layout worked well for 4 adults and 2 kids. No big complaints. Just a few small caveats: kitchen was a little sparse in terms of spices/oils, so just bring those if you need; no shades on upstairs master office area so not ideal for the light sensitive; and coffee pot won't make more than 6 cups :( Overall recommend though!

Great location. Great room and bathroom setup. Only wish/complaint is that I wished the kitchen would have been better stocked. We have stayed at other condos on this property that had a much better stocked kitchen. We cook a lot so important for us but may not be as important to others. Other than that a great property!

Very satisfied

This condo was perfect for our family. The only note I would make for future renters is that it is not a ski-in/ski-out location. A parking lot is very conveniently located only moments (maybe seconds) away, and we used it every day. Given the layout of the terrain and the other condos, only the most hearty would make the walk with skis and boots. Otherwise, this property and its owners check all the boxes.

Great House! (Not ski in/ski out)

My friends and I loved our stay here! The house was nice and cozy and the kitchen was really well stocked for all cooking needs. Lots of cookware, Tupperware, spices, much more than is normally in a rental. The location of the house was extremely convenient, right on the shuttle line that goes to the base or into town. You can indeed walk to the West Wall lift but I would not call this place ski in ski out. It’s still a short walk and often times it was more convenient to just hop on the bus to the base. The hot tub is shared with the complex but relatively empty whenever we wanted to use it and it was very large. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! And we absolutely loved Crested Butte!
