Villa Sea Breeze is a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom Villa that boasts a premium location just seconds away from the stunning white sands and turquoise waters of the South Beach. Located on the South Finger of Jolly Harbour, our 2-story villa offers uninterrupted, breathtaking views over the marina and hills beyond.

Upon entering the villa, you'll step into the open-plan living area that combines the kitchen, dining room, and lounge.
The interior is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light streaming in from the sliding glass doors that lead to the private patio. The living area is furnished with comfortable, contemporary seating and a large flatscreen TV. The villa is fully air-conditioned with mosquito screens on all doors and windows.

Double patio doors open onto a private covered terrace which is the perfect place to watch the boats go past in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The patio has an outdoor dining table for 6, a charcoal grill, 2 comfortable sun loungers and comfortable seating.

On the upper level, you will find the two bedrooms, both of which are spacious and well-appointed.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, bedside tables, a dresser and seating along with a large closet fitted with a safe to secure all your documents and valuables. There is a TV in the master with a firestick, but you will need to have your own Amazon account to log into this, it is not a smart TV. You have an en-suite bathroom featuring a corner shower. The screened sliding doors lead onto your own private balcony with spectacular views of the water the Sleeping Indian hills in the background.

The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be combined into a 'king-size' bed), a bedside table and dresser along with a wardrobe. This bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom featuring a corner shower.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.

To fully explore Jolly Harbour and its surroundings, we recommend hiring a golf cart or rental car from our partners at Sunny Rentals Ltd. This makes it easy to access nearby beaches, restaurants, bars, and other local attractions.

Jolly Harbour New Amenities
We’re pleased to let you know that during your stay you now have complimentary access to the following at the new Jolly Harbour Sports Complex; the swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
A key fob has been provided and is attached to your villa keys. This fob is required to access the facilities.
Please take care not to misplace or lose the fob, as a replacement fee will apply, and replacements can take some time.

There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking.
