Your perfect getaway awaits at our Charming Cabin! This home features plenty of space and amenities for everyone to enjoy. Located only 1 mile from the village of Ellicottville for food, drinks, shopping and nightlife and only 3 miles from the ski slopes.
For the summer months, we have a window AC unit located in the living room/kitchen along with ceiling fans in each upstairs bedroom to keep things cool.
When you walk into the home, you'll find a large kitchen with a coffee bar and plenty of dishware and utensils to cook a hearty meal at home. If you choose to order in, there is plenty of seating at the dining room table and at the barstools at the counter. A 65-inch Smart TV and a gas fireplace invite you to lounge in the living room on the comfy sectional or curl up with a book in our cozy reading nook. Board games and puzzles also available!

3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms are on the first floor to accommodate most guests. The first bedroom has a full bed and a full/twin bunk bed. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs have plush queen mattresses with amazing views out of the many windows. A full bathroom is connected to one of the bedrooms.
Unlatch the farmhouse door to the basement to enter an entertainment room full of fun for everyone. On the lower level of the home, you'll find another 65in. Smart TV equipped with standard cable and streaming services, a comfy reclining sofa and loveseat, a full bar with glasses, a pool table, dartboard, Ms. PacMan arcade game and wall mounted Connect 4 for some friendly competition. There is a master suite with a queen bed located down in the lower level connected to a spacious full bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker inside the fan/light so you are able to connect your phone to listen to music while you shower! There are 2 doorways in the lower level, one in the bedroom and one in the bar room, leading out to the backyard of the home which has a small firepit with some chairs.
A washer and dryer along with all laundry amenities are available for guest use in the lower level as well. The front deck offers an incredible view of the slopes day and night with a full outdoor dining set and a brand new hot tub that seats up to 7 people!
