Amazing views of the slopes, a spacious deck and a brand new hot tub create an unforgettable outdoor space. Hillside Retreat is perfect for a family vacation or a fun getaway with friends!

Upon entering the home, you will find plenty of storage for your winter gear. Laundry for guest usage is also located on the lower level. Come unwind in our living space with a brand new 65in Smart TV or play a friendly game of foosball. A cozy bedroom with a queen size bed is attached to the living area.

Upstairs you will find the main living space. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a hearty home cooked meal or to enjoy take-out from one of Ellicottville's many delicious restaurants. The kitchen leads out to the deck with a BRAND NEW 6 -person hot tub. Towels and hot tub instructions are located by the sliding glass door. The spacious dining room and living room are the perfect spot to unwind after a long day on the slopes. The gas fireplace works with a click of a button. Feel free to cozy up on the couch, turn on the fireplace and pull out a board game or watch a movie for a night of fun. Feel free to log into your streaming accounts on our brand new Smart TVs! High speed Wi-Fi was just installed at the home allowing you and your guests to stream movies, video chat and more with no issue!

The rest of the bedrooms are located on the upstairs floor as well. Two bedrooms with plush queen sized beds and one bedroom with a full bed and a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers for your clothes and inside the closet you will find a fan for your use as well. The bathroom is also equipped with brand new amenities, such as a Bluetooth speaker built into the light so you can listen to music while you shower!

This property is equipped with security cameras and a Ring doorbell located on the front door. The cameras are located near the front door, on the back deck and on the garage. They will be on during your stay. The cameras on the back deck have partial view of the hot tub, for safety purposes.
