This delightful new home boasts a bright and airy interior, beautifully decorated to put a smile on your face the moment you walk through the door!
The open concept kitchen, dining and living room provides the perfect setting for spending quality time with family. The fully equipped kitchen has gorgeous quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 more seats at the open kitchen counter. A large covered porch is perfectly situated off the living room, allowing you great views of the gulf and of the private pool directly below.

Three comfortably sized bedrooms and two full baths, have been appointed with Smart TVs, all new furnishings and accessories. Wake up to stunning gulf views from both the Master king bedroom and guest queen bedrooms!
The kids room, on the back of the house, is thoughtfully set up with 1 queen / single bunk and lots of space to hang out.
Best of all, this home boasts a fantastic outdoor living space at ground level with its own private fenced swimming pool, outdoor half bath, outdoor hot / cold enclosed shower, fish cleaning sink area and cozy lounge area.
This impressive home sits on a corner lot, making your beach access super easy with just a short stroll directly down the street to the beach boardwalk!

The best vacation ever because of Summer Salt Cottage!

This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken, and all thanks to Summer Salt Cottage! There wasn’t a single detail overlooked in the condo to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the convenience to the beach, private pool, and how clean and fully stocked the condo was. The host was wonderful - so quick to respond and very attentive. Without a doubt, we will be booking at Summer Salt again when visiting SGI!

Wonderful place to stay.

We had an excellent stay at Summer Salt Cottage. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a layout that worked perfectly for our group. The location on Saint George Island was peaceful and ideal for our whole family. Communication with the host was prompt and clear, making the entire stay seamless. We would absolutely recommend this property and would be happy to return.

Summer salt cottage was everything and more! Perfect location for beach access and also short golf cart ride into town. The house had everything we needed in the house as well as outside beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids! We will for sure be back!

Excellent location. The house was wellbstocked and the property owner check in with us to make sure everything was ok. Thanks for using fragrance free products on our trip. That really helped with our allergies.

Summer Salt Stay

Summer Salt is our favorite place to stay when we visit SGI! Beth is beyond the best host we have rented through. Not only does she keep us updated prior to our stay, but even checks in on us during our stay. We have never had to take anything extra that would be needed for the stay. The kitchen/house has everything (even a first-aid kit, which we had to use our last stay for a bee sting)! The view from the house is gorgeous as well!

Perfect for us and exactly what we wanted

This is a great house. Nice views of the Gulf from the main level. Super easy walk to the beach. Nice driveway size with covered parking. Lots of outdoor furniture for sitting around the pool. Very clean and well maintained. We will be returning!

Spectacular!

My family had such a wonderful experience last summer and decided we had to come back again this year! It’s the perfect spot on SGI with a beautiful view of the ocean, morning sunrises and evening sunsets. The house is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a beautiful pool. I will continue to recommend Summer Salt to many of my friends because we love it so much. Beth and Kenny are wonderful hosts!!

SGI Summer 2025 family getaway

Great week at Summer Salt! House is conveniently located close to the center of island and on a perfect corner lot that allows easy access via a golf cart. The outdoor shower and toilet is a great addition for everyone while enjoying the pool or coming in from the beach. The entire house is well decorated in every room, and well equipped with whatever kitchen gadget you may need. And the master bath shower…absolutely the best! We had a wonderful trip for our small family and look forward to a return booking of this house in the future! The owners are great hosts and checked in several times during the week via text message to ensure everything was ok with the stay. Hated to leave at the end of the week!

Fantastic SGI Vacation!

This was our first year staying at Summer Salt Cottage and we will be back! The location was a quick golf cart ride to just about anywhere on the island and a short ride or walk to the beach. The pool was large for the size of the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast and lunch on the balcony were very enjoyable. Beth, the owner, was also fantastic to work with and easy to reach/communicate with.

5 star beautiful beach home

You will not be disappointed staying at Summer Salt Cottage! This was our second stay here and we're already planning our third visit for 2026. The home is well maintained and was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! Easily walkable to the beach and a quick bike ride to the shops and restaurants. The owners have graciously supplied beach necessities for those who are traveling long distance and don't/can't bring those items. I could not recommend Summer Salt enough!

Beautiful house on a beautiful beach!

Amazing Stay!

Our first-time visit to St. George Island was amazing and so was the Summer Salt Cottage! The location of the house is perfect in a relaxed setting with the beach and ocean just a short walk away. Everything inside was super clean and up to date and we had plenty of space with our two kids. Beth is super responsive and does whatever she can to make sure your stay is a memorable one. We definitely will be coming back in the future!

The perfect week with our family!!

My experience (as the family trip coordinator) with Beth was seamless! That meant so much! Beth is extremely responsive and the best host I’ve ever experienced. The Cottage is perfectly located, beautiful, well stocked (with necessities, games, puzzles, etc.) and extremely comfortable for my family of 8. We had the best time at the beach flying kites, making s’mores, etc. We so enjoyed riding bikes, cooking together, walking for ice cream and so much more. Wonderful memories made!

LOVE SUMMER SALT!

Not only is this home comfortable, it’s fully stocked, perfectly located, and you cannot find a better host! We stayed the month of February, cooked most meals at home without needing anything ( utensils, pots pans etc ). Spices are even provided! Beds are comfortable, the shower is amazing, extra pillows and blankets. You name it , the owners have thought of it and provided it! Can’t wait to return! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Awesome place

Beth was a great host. We stayed for a month and she regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. We have stayed in many guest houses over the years and this was by far the best furnished and equipped home we have had the opportunity to stay at. We would highly recommend Summer Salt cottage. The Best Time!

Beautiful house with all of the amenities! So close to the beach but a lovely pool right outside the door. Close to all of the conveniences but still felt very private. We had a beautiful view of the harvest moon, enjoyed lovely meals, and had plenty of space for our group. We loved how thoughtful the hosts were - so many amenities on hand. We already made reservations here for our next trip!

Heaven by the Gulf

Although the weather was terrible, we had a blast. The home was decorated perfectly, very clean with an outstanding view. The hosts were exceptional. We enjoyed cooking and going out, even in the rain.

Our Favorite Home Away from Home

Summer Salt is the best in so many ways. There is a beautiful view, nice pool, and the perfect location on SGI. We have lodged several times here and will continue to go back. The home is comfortable and relaxing and a short distance to our favorite restaurant Paddy's. The host is very accommodating and will answer any questions. Amazing!
