¡Esta casa de lujo ofrece 3600 pies cuadrados de área habitable y tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente! Ubicado en The Grande en Canal Pointe, el área cuenta con dos piscinas, gimnasio, canchas de tenis y baloncesto, y senderos para caminar / andar en bicicleta a Lewes. A 3 minutos de Rehoboth Avenue y Tanger Seaside.
Todas las habitaciones tienen colchones con pillow-top. El dormitorio principal del primer piso tiene una cama king size y vista al estanque. El nivel superior tiene otro dormitorio principal con cama king size y el otro dormitorio tiene camas gemelas.(Cada uno con baño propio). Nivel inferior tiene dos habitaciones con camas queen. ¡Las habitaciones tienen mucho espacio!

La planta principal tiene una cocina totalmente equipada y mesa para seis,
También una sala de sol con vista al estanque con otra mesa para seis, sala de estar grande, ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, lavadora y secadora, porche delantero con mesa y sillas pequeñas, el porche trasero con vista al estanque tiene 6 sillas, garaje para almacenamiento, incluyendo sombrillas, playa ¡sillas, colchonetas de playa y fideos para la piscina y 4 bicicletas para adultos para su uso! También reproductor de DVD Blu-ray y Wi-Fi.
Esta es un área ideal ya que está muy cerca del centro, restaurantes y puntos de venta. Hay un montón de área para andar en bicicleta en el desarrollo y en el camino del ferrocarril a Lewes. Y es un paseo en bicicleta de 15 minutos a la playa en Rehoboth Avenue.
¡No mascotas y no fumar!

Nivel inferior tiene área familiar (y dos dormitorios) reproductor de tv / dvd.

We had a fabulous week! The home was very clean and well maintained. It is spacious and comfortable. Check-in and checkout was simple. Having access to the bikes and being so close to the bike path was awesome. Location is perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was well appointed, clean and spacious. Really appreciated the beach umbrellas and chairs. A grill on the back patio would have been nice to have. All 3 generations of us enjoyed the Wii gaming system.

Family vacay with two grandbables

We cannot overstate how special this Rehobeth townhouse is and how perfect it is for families with young children.There are three living areas with multiple rooms on three different floors . My wife and I had the master bedroom on the ground floor , where there is a large living area and well equipped kitchen. Each floor had a living area and at least one bathroom. The top and bottom floors each had two bedrooms. The townhome community is very well maintained. Two sizable pools. There is a beautiful pond in backyard that provided much entertainment as the babies and I enjoyed the geese and other birds which greeted us in the early mornings. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the bike trails which were fun and serene.While we did not plan on spending much time with the babies on the beach, we did spend some time there. Parking was often a challenge, but it isn’t too long of a walk and it is an easy and reasonably safe bike ride . We will definitely return to this townhouse for our next family beach vacation.

Great place to stay

This home was very well kept, nicely decorated, plenty of room. Pool area was great. Kids loved riding the bikes that were provided, great touch. We would absolutely recommend this home. Owners were very responsive.

Another great vacation!

This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property and we absolutely love it! It is in a great location and is easy to get to the beach or downtown for shopping or dinner. There are 2 pools in the complex (we recommend the front pool as the ladies who run the 2nd pool can be a bit much!). The property is very clean and well maintained and Cathy is very easy to work with!

Very Clean and Spacious

The unit was super clean, the location was convenient to the beach. The owners had bicycles and they allowed you to use them, it was great to be able to ride with my kids. Also the unit was conveniently located near a bike trail.

Our favorite place to vacation

We have been staying at this home for years on our families vacation. Lots of room, beautiful and clean home, great community with 2 nice pools. We love it here!

Great rental property in the Rehoboth area

This large townhouse easily accommodated our group of 10. The pool was a huge bonus and was used extensively by the kids. We also loved the two Pickleball courts and played daily, never had to wait for a court. Access to the bike paths was great too. The place was nearly perfect. The only thing I would have changed if I could is a better patio area and a way to grill. We did a lot of cooking at home since restaurants are expensive with so many people to feed. It would have been really nice to grill some of the time. Overall we had a great week at this lovely property.

Another wonderful stay

This is the second time we've rented this lovely townhouse. We enjoyed all the amenities and more than ample space for 6 adults. The kitchen is well equipped, and all the rooms are comfortable. We enjoyed dining in the back sunroom. Communication with Cathy was easy, and she is very responsive. The location is great, with an easy drive to the beach or main roads for dining and shopping.

Another amazing stay!

We have stayed at this property for multiple years and always have a great time. The house is spacious so we never feel cramped or crowded which is nice with 3 generations all staying together!! It is always clean and we have never had any issues. Cathy is a great owner and so easy to work with. We can’t wait for next years stay!

This is our third time staying here and as always it was perfect! We all kept commenting on how the home was absolutely spotless. Cathy is very responsive and even let us know that we could get in the rental earlier than scheduled. It is by far my most favorite place to stay!

Spacious Townhome - Bike to the Beach

Our family enjoyed our time at this beach house. Plenty of room with the older kids and the section downstairs was a plus. They called it their own apartment! If you enjoy bike riding, this is a great location, plenty of bike paths and about a 15 minute ride to the beach on the path. The pool was an easy walking distance to the home. A beautiful back yard with a lake with plenty of bird watching! The owner was quick to respond to an issue we had and we were very satisfied with how it was resolved. Lovely beach house and reasonably priced for the area.

Can’t beat it!

This house was terrific! Loved having the bikes and beach chairs. Riding to the beach was a great option. Sitting on the patio watching the birds was relaxing, and the neighborhood was quiet and neat. Would definitely stay again!

Rehoboth family vacation

Overall, we had a great stay at the Canal Pointe townhouse rental. The house was clean and everything was in good condition and in working order. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. We liked the two separate dining areas, breakfast nook off the kitchen and the main dining area overlooking the backyard. Having two gathering areas was a bonus. The kids enjoyed their living room downstairs. We loved hanging out in the backyard which was located on a pond and there was plenty of yard for the kids to play lawn games. Warning: bring your bug spray for evening activities. Another plus was the beach gear and bikes located in the garage. Cathy was a great host and answered questions promptly.

Best townhouse in Rehoboth Beach!

We’ve stayed here for the past few years and enjoy it more every year. The house is very clean, comfy and spacious and Cathy is a wonderful owner. Can’t wait for next years vacation!

Rehoboth August 22

We had family in from Spain, Canada and two places in Pennsylvania for a week at the beach. The unit accommodated us well. The location is on the better side of Rt 1 with relatively easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The on site pool is very nice. The only issue was that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned for our arrival, but that is to be expected in these days with help hard to find (for example, food under furniture, dirty dishes and coffee maker). I don't know what an owner can do about that. We would rent there again if we had need for a unit of that size.

Wonderful house!!

Very spacious beautifully decorated. The house was well stocked in the kitchen. And very clean. There was a lot of room for privacy if we wanted it. Would stay again. Thank you Cathy
