Hermosa casa en un tranquilo callejón-de-Sac

Nuestra casa es el lugar perfecto para la familia para relajarse después de un ajetreado día en los tribunales de playa, piscina, campo de golf o tenis.

Los tres dormitorios, dos baños casa a las 6 de berberechos Corte en la parte tranquila de Inverness Palmetto Dunes Plantation es sólo un corto paseo a la playa (aproximadamente 1/4 milla) y los muchos servicios de la plantación. Fuera de la sala de estar es un amplio comedor formal con capacidad para ocho personas cómodamente. Esta sala se abre a la sala de Carolina, que cuenta con ventanas de pared a pared, un sofá cama, wet bar, y una vista de la piscina. La zona de la piscina se ha actualizado con baldosas de travertino en el patio, zona ideal para el entretenimiento y asar a la parrilla o sentado en el jacuzzi y disfrutar del sol! (Hay un cargo adicional para el calentamiento de la piscina y el jacuzzi.) ($ 700 / por semana o $ 100 por día / 3 días como mínimo)

Las tres habitaciones de nuestras camas dobles grandes en casa, y el dormitorio principal tiene un / reproductor de DVD de TV además de un hermoso baño principal con dos lavabos de pedestal, un gabinete de granito y un gran paseo en la ducha de vapor con duchas dobles. Los otros dos dormitorios se encuentran en el lado opuesto de la casa y comparten un baño que tiene dos lavabos, ducha y bañera. Las dos habitaciones de huéspedes tienen jugadores de TV de pantalla plana y DVD .. Nuestra casa es el refugio perfecto para aquellos que desean alejarse de todo y realmente disfrutar de unas vacaciones de relax bajo País!

We have stayed at this house multiple times and always enjoy our stay. The owners ensure the home is clean and have done updates over the years to keep everything comfortable (the new paved path from the front yard to the pool is very nice). Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Great location and pool

The house is very spacious. Pool is a nice size. It is our 3rd year staying here and already booked for next year. Beach is an easy walk about 4/10 of a mile. Being in Palmetto Dunes is a great location to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Relaxing Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We absolutely love the layout of the house, pool, and proximity to the beach and everything else. We only wished we could have stayed longer. We can’t wait to come back!!

Nice Place

The property met our needs, the owner was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to our questions. I was a bit concerned about the location but once we oriented ourselves it was a short walk to the beach and biking to shopping was easy.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the pool every day. The walk to the beach was pretty easy. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been an outdoor dining table. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful! It was spacious and clean. We had 3 adults and 3 children ranging in age from 9, 7 and 2 months old on the trip. We had everything we needed. Pool was cleaned several times throughout the week. We did however decide to drive to the ocean due to the baby and it worked out perfect. It was a 1 minute drive to the ocean. We were able to park easily at the Disney beach club. I would recommend this house. It made for a great week at the ocean with my family.

The Hurricane Scare

Loved the house! Even with the bad weather we enjoyed the house immensely. Quite comfortable-would definitely stay again! Had only a few issues, nothing major, just worth mentioning. The master suite sheets were pilling. And the second bath tub didn’t drain. Also, same bath toilet had to be plunged. Worked fine afterwards but does need more flushing power. We had a lot rain, worried about flooding but the house was enough to still enjoy our vacation. We were able to use the pool a couple times when the rain stopped. The pool could use a newer filter, it didn’t filter well even after pool was cleaned

It was perfect

Our family stayed at this property for 11 days. We love Palmetto Dunes and wanted a home that could give us all ample room (we have three daughters ages 17, 15 & 12), and had a private pool. This house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all dishes and anything you might need. The sun room was great for morning coffee and quick work emails in the morning. We choose to ride our bikes a little further within the plantation for a less crowded beach, but even then it was maybe a 10 minute bike ride. Then we would come back and rinse off in the OUTSIDE shower which was great before we slipped into the pool to cool off and relax. The steam shower was also great. The only bummer was the dishwasher electrical panel quit on us with 4 days left and wasn't slated to be fixed until the day we left, so we had to hand wash all of our dishes. Not a deal breaker at all. We would definitely rent this home again--it feels like a home, not a rental property.

So much potential...

Where to begin...this property has so much potential. We arrived and the outside appeared as pictured. When we entered, the house appeared to have been empty for awhile. Multiple cobwebs, bugs, dirt, just generally looked like it hadn't been cleaned or occupied in awhile. We contacted the managing company on day one and they said they sent an exterminator out. We were gone in the morning they came, so never saw that. The activity of spiders and appearances of dead bugs did increase by day 4, which I guess is common after spraying. We had two people in our party get stung by wasps at the pool. There was a can of wasp spray already there when we arrived, so I'm guessing we weren't the first to deal with this. Mosquitoes were out of control at night so nighttime swims became infrequent. We had a note that the pool was being cleaned when we arrived one day from the beach and we couldn't go in it for awhile. When we did go out, the hose had been left in the pool and it was extremely full. We were glad to have checked it before going to dinner. The house itself could be great if it was better taken care of. There was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and it was great having the pool and grill available. Much left to be desired from the space, but we didn't let it dampen our visit. The owners were quick to respond to the few questions we had before our trip.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The pictures in the listing do not accurately visualize the house as it is very large and spacious. We loved the backyard with a pool and enjoyed the pool every day, and it was in very close proximity to forest beach. The check in process was very easy as we did not need to have to stop and get a key or a pass as it was mailed to us before we arrived. The house was not clean when we arrived, but it was cleaned well and we enjoyed time by the pool while waiting to get into the house on our first day. It has everything you need, And we very much loved our stay and will plan to return when possible.

Beautiful home and great location

We had a wonderful time at this house. The pictures do not do it justice- it is a beautiful home, was very clean, comfortable, and more than enough space for our family. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans and utensils, which made it easy for us to stay close to home during our trip as mich as we wanted. The pool is lovely, and the property is an easy 8-10 minute walk to the beach. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We vacationed on Hilton Head Island for many years and enjoyed the warm, friendly atmosphere. We wanted to share this beautiful island with our family and friends.

Our house is very comfortable and the layout is perfect for families with children. The pictures cannot do justice to the size of the interior but it is spacious inside and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The beach is within walking distance and the pool in the yard is great for swimming and enjoying the sun.
