Island Oasis is a guest favorite! (only a few reviews because we are under new management).
Located in the desirable neighborhood of Davis Shores, our home is less than a mile to the iconic Bridge of Lions and 3 miles to St Augustine Beach. This charming home offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Whether you are seeking a tranquil retreat or an adventure filled getaway, this rental is the perfect home base for experiencing all that the charming city of St. Augustine has to offer.

As you step inside this newly renovated home, you will be greeted with an inviting open concept living area that seamlessly combines the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Whether you're a culinary enthusiast preparing a delicious meal or simply gathering for a quick snack, this open layout ensures that everyone can stay engaged in conversation and enjoy the surrounding ambiance.
The interior is tastefully decorated with ample natural light streaming in through large windows.
To enhance the communal experience, the common area extends to a dining space with a large table. Share meals together, play board games, or engage in lively discussions while savoring the delightful views of the property.
This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pull out sofa and can accommodate up to 9 guests.

Stay was awesome!! House was clean and had everything we needed and more. Location was close to downtown and beach. Communication was amazing with owner and neighborhood was quiet and well taken care of. Would deff stay again!

2nd summer at this residence. It’s the perfect space for our family and in a wonderful neighborhood. 10 minutes in any direction and we were at our destination. Plenty of space with spacious, well equipped kitchen and dining area. Having a pool was the best feature. We swam every morning and explored the area in the afternoon.I can’t say enough positives about this rental!

Such a lovely home. The outside area around the pool was so amazing. Great place to relax. The kitchen had pretty much anything that you would need. Very close to historic St. Augustine. I definitely would come back to this home and highly recommend.

Pool and Location are Great!

We had an incredible week at this property. The pool was fantastic and our kids swam on multiple occasions. It was walkable to a few local restaurants or over the bridge of Lions. Chris was great to work with! Highly suggest making a trip to Cap’s on the Water for dinner some night!

Our wonderful trip

The property was clean, the pool was wonderfully kept, and the location was great! Host had an ample amount of towels for both bathroom needs and pool needs. They also had an easy clean high chair and portable crib available for our use.

St Augustine Trip

This was a wonderful property to stay at. It is close enough to downtown to walk to sightsee in all directions. The house was clean and beautiful and nicely decorated. The backyard and pool were amazing and the landscaping is beautiful! I would definitely stay at this location again!

Great neighborhood

Visiting St. Augustine from south FL. The location of this house very close to downtown. We got to see quite a few sights. Ate at many great local restaurants. One could walk to downtown from this neighborhood. Parking is pricy and fills up fast. We had a great visit , enjoyed the house and pool and would recommend to anyone interested in visiting St. Augustine.

Wonderful House

House was in a great location. Getting checked in was very easy. Extremely clean and well stocked. Huge bonus having the grill and heated pool. House was modern in a quiet neighborhood. Far enough away from downtown but close enough for a nice walk over the bridge or a short car ride. Back yard was fenced in well maintained with nice landscaping and plenty of room. We will definitely be going back.

Just perfect!

Stayed with my husband and three adult children and their partners to celebrate my 50th birthday… all I can say the house was excellent! So comfortable and homie. Pool and home is even more beautiful in person. The best stay I’ve had on VRBO.

Family Vacation with six kids!

My kiddos told me that I picked too good of a house because they never wanted to leave to go sightseeing. We loved the backyard and the house was all set up for everyone. Despite the kids not wanting to leave the house was well situated near all the attractions that we did go see! We also drove to Disney one day!

Family Getaway

We decided to rent a house rather than stay in the condos we normally rent and were so happy we did. Location of the house is perfect, whether going to the beach or going into town. The pool is beautiful and definitely everyone’s favorite spot. We had a great time!

Literally an Oasis!

I will recommend this house to anyone one of my family or friends. Great location to access historic downtown, the beach, and any store or restaurant. The house is tastefully decorated as well! Chris the property owner is really nice to deal with as well. 10/10 would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this gem of a house. It was just perfect for our family of 2 little ones, my daughter and her husband, and my husband and me. Having the high chair and pack and play was very helpful! The owner responded quickly to our emails. We LOVED the pool and backyard- truly perfect! Thanks for having us and we hope to come back sometime in the future!

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location, cleanliness and ease of checking in were outstanding. I gave four stars to the description because there is no hot tub but states there is in two different parts of the description. As the picture shows, the pool does not have a railing to water, which was slightly problematic for my child and my senior mother. But not a dealbreaker, just unusual. I gave four stars on communication only because I didn’t receive any check out instructions the last day, but I did what I always do when leaving a rental like this. I figured they weren’t worried about the details upon leaving. Overall I would absolutely rent this home again and highly recommend!

Lovely stay

Easy checking, clean well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with ample closet space.outdoor space was very enjoyable. Lovely landscaping, nice pool, fire pit area, large picnic table for outside meals, quiet neighborhood close to both downtown and all that Anastasia area has to offer. All in a vey pleasant stay.

The property was clean and exactly as described. The owner responded to all of my questions immediately and we didn’t have any issues with our stay. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Trip with my family to celebrate my retirement.

We wanted to come back to St Augustine to visit, and we were so pleased with this property. Newly renovated home accommodated our family perfectly. It has everything needed, kitchen was furnished perfectly, lots of nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms. My granddaughters loved the heated pool, even when the adults were cold and snuggled by the fire. Property was close to everything needed. Our host Chris was the best, he was quick to respond when we needed something, and was very attentive. We will definitely return to use the house again when weather warms up.

Great access to downtown

Wonderful property and excellent location. Easy walk into town so no need to worry about parking or traffic! Beach was an easy drive. Property was very clean, plenty of towels, and well-equipped kitchen. Only wish we had been able to stay longer.

Senior trip for grandson

We have stayed at many properties with VRBO. This property, without a doubt, was the everything that was advertised to be. It was also the cleanest we have stayed in. Very pleased with the property and the owner. Would definitely stay again if we returned.

Island Life

A quick stay at the house filled all our needs. This charming house is very well maintained and looks to have been newly updated with wainscoting and fresh paint. The bed was very comfortable, with clean functional bathrooms. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking meals and making morning coffee. The back yard was as amazing as the photos! The pool and secluded yard area were perfect for swimming and relaxation in the sun. The proximity to many restaurants and bars within walking distance was good as well. Also, it was a short and scenic walk over Lions Bridge to the downtown area where there are even more choices for food, live music, drink, shopping, and seeing the local history. We will defiantly be back to Island Life property and St. Augustine!

1st St. Augustine Trip

This was pur first visit to St. Augustine! The house was fantastic and a wonderful location. We did have a slight maintenance issue with the dryer but Chris the home owner acted very quickly replacing the same day. The house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and grill and just making memories!! We will definitely book again if we head back that way!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
