The area is perfect and having access to the playground and basketball court was a really nice bonus if you’re bringing kids. It was very clean and the host was very quick to respond when I had any questions. His itinerary was so helpful when planning our days.

Perfect location with some incredible views. Any questions were addressed immediately and the communication with the owner was exceptional. Beach chairs and wagon came in super handy and plenty of dishes/appliances/cookware for the week long stay. We would stay here again anytime!

Majestic Sun A1206

Property was awsome with amazing views and amenities in the condo. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Stan is a super host, responding to my emails immediately. We will definitely go back to Majestic Sun A1206!

The host was superb. So much info beforehand and while there. Willing to make things right, but since we were there only 4 days, we wouldn’t have been able to stay in condo for that to happen and still enjoy the beach.He sent someone to look at air conditioning in master bedroom, but not able to fix it so curtains had to stay closed and door open to get it kind of cool.Mattress in master needs replacing. Whole single bed needs replacing. Sofa pillows need new foam.Sliding doors need adjusted or replaced. I couldn’t get back in from balcony until husband came to my rescue. On leaving, DIL found 2 suspicious looking bugs, 1 on floor and 1 in their bed!Some furnishings need to be replaced/updated.I feel like the host will take care of these things right away. Just ask him if they have beenbefore your booking. He was kind enough to supply items other property owners do not.As far as the location, if you don’t mind all day and night traffic noise and loud music in the master bedroom, it would be ok for you. There is a road between the condo and beach that is well-traveled!If all the issues are taken care of, we would love to return. Very good host! 5*.

Our Host , Stan Ingram was the star of the show. Despite very difficult and unusual problems Stan was right on top of every problem and is VERY responsive, best I have ever seen. You can believe his claims that the property is well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. From dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. we had plenty.The property itself is pretty run down. The cabinets need to be replaced and the Hide-a-bed couch in the living room sinks down so far it is hard for us old folks to get out.The washing machine was worn out when we arrived and had to be replaced. On the bright side they provided an upgraded washer AND dryer. (But took a week) Through it all, On Top of it All Stan, helped us with laundry.

Great location but not so great condo

The location of the condo is great. Stan was very informative with his welcome packet on the area and was quick to communicate, however the condo was overpriced for what it was. Upon check in our code did not work to unlock the door. We were told it would be fixed and it never was. Condo needs a paint job and deep cleaning. It was clean on the surface but definitely needed a deep cleaning and maintenance. Curtain was ripped in living room,dishwasher comes out of cabinet when you open it, toothpaste was on curtain in bedroom, Very old shower heads in 2 of the baths. There have been some updates through out such as granite countertops and new shower head in master bath and new TVs. The pics online look much better than this condo does in person.

Hi Melody, thank you so much for this valuable feedback. I am sorry about the issues that you experienced during your stay. Outside of the lock issue, I was not made aware of these problems you encountered as most of them (minus painting the whole condo) could have been addressed with ease. While we were able to provide you a key to use, we were not able to get a replacement for the lock during your visit. Since your departure, the lock has been replaced. As for the shower heads, those have also been replaced as well. I do apologize for the cleaning issues you encountered, and I have addressed those with my team. My guest reviews across all of my properties indicate that my cleaning team does an awesome job, but sadly, we are not perfect, and I apologize if that affected your stay. I do wish you would have informed me of the cleaning items of concern as we could have easily addressed them to make your stay more enjoyable. As the host of this property, I stand by the listing pictures for this property. This property has incredible top-floor views, lots of updates, and has recently received a deep-cleaning. I can assure all future guests that all of the issues raised in this review have been addressed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Stan was an excellent host. He was always in communication with us and made sure our stay was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The property was just as listed. Very clean. Wonderful view! Even though we had a tropical storm, we still enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
