Enjoy 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Immerse yourself in cozy relaxation, surrounded by nature’s beauty and only 10 minutes from downtown Caseville. Your perfect getaway awaits!

You will need a car to get around.
HOUSE RULES:

- Please, no glitter in the home!
- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Family B-day getaway

Celebrating family and birthdays wanted close to the beach and towns that were close with options to do other things besides going to the beach. House was good for 8 adults. Location was good.

Great location great house

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean home with all the necessary amenities. Clean, well functioning hot tub. Good size kitchen with everything we could possibly need. You can see the lake from the seating in the sunroom . Beach access right across the street. Clean beach with some chairs and benches. The owners were proactive about sharing information about local events. Responsive when we needed. Will definitely rent this property again, if the hosts will have us!!

Stayed here a year ago. Cleaning people still there when we arrived at check in we were told to come back at 5pm not happy. When we did get there the air conditioning was not working I. The new part of home tried to get it fixed and trying to get ahold of property management was a problem. Finally heard from them and the air was fixed the next day. Waiting on compensation we will see. Some blinds do not work so that was not good. The house was not the cleanest especially the stove we cleaned it before we cooked on it. It needs some updating. You can’t best the location though. Enough room for a big family a plus. Hot tub was also nice.

Dirty hot tub and grill!

So I came with my family, and we picked this location solely because of the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub with filthy. We notified the owner and they sent out a maintenance man, and he even claimed that the hot tub was running when he came to clean it so he didn’t actually clean it. He said he needed to drain it for it to be swimmable but was not able to during our stay. Also, the grill had charred meat stuck to it with sauce etc all over without a propane tank. There is no way I would have used the grill in that condition but the lack of propane proved we could not have used it regardless. There were dead bugs on every window sill, and the bathroom showers had mildew in the shower sliding door frames. I would not recommend this rental if you appreciate cleanliness at all. The host never contacted us back after our complaints so we reached out to vrbo directly.

Vacation

My family of picked booked this house due to the close proximity to the beach. The location and beach are excellent! You cross the highway and go down a set of stairs to beach! It was perfect!!! I did get a $50 refund due to when we arrived (1/2 hour after check in time) the cleaners were still there. There was a mix up and they didn’t realize someone was checking in. We waited about 45 more minutes to get in. The property manager immediately apologized and voiced they wanted to make it right. Ultimately we received a $50 refund. The house has several bedrooms, I believe 5. The two back bedrooms can only be reached by walking through a bedroom. Not a big deal for our family but maybe for more groups with multiple couples etc. There also were not any blinds in two of the bedrooms which made it difficult for the kids to go to sleep and they woke up early. I’m assuming this is a newer rental and those small things will continue to be repaired. There were a few cleanliness things but I think it was because the cleaners were rushing to get us in. Ultimately the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms were all extremely clean and comfortable. We would love to come back again!
