Relax at this comfy bungalow near Manito Park on Spokane's South Hill.

Relax with the whole family at this recently remodeled bungalow in the Manito neighborhood of Spokane's South Hill. It's walking distance to food, coffee, yoga, parks and more make it a convenient location, while it's setting and decor keep it a peaceful, private place to stay. Only 5-7 minute drive to downtown and it's just off of a snow corridor, which makes the streets much more manageable in the winter.

A comfy two queen bed/two bath bungalow home designed with ease and privacy in mind . Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with a book from our collection in the living room or while resting in the wing chair and ottoman in the dedicated work space.

The main floor is where you'll find the kitchen, eating area, living room with a fireplace and a bedroom that has a TV with a large walk-in closet and bathroom attached.

The second bedroom and bathroom are in the basement, which is also where the main TV room, couch and laundry rooms are. You'll also find more books for adults and kids, kids toys and a few card and board games.

Loved our stay at this property! Having the two levels with separate bedroom, living, and bathroom was ideal. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. Awesommmme location on the South Hill near parks and food. Everything made for an excellent stay and would stay here again!

This place worked out great for us on a little family getaway. Convenient, quiet location, very clean, nicely decorated, and lots of great little features. No complaints. Definitely would stay here again.

Didn't realize how great the location was, I love to walk to everything. The grocery store was convenient since we didn’t rent a car. My Aunt lived 4 mins driving & a 15 min walk & it was awesome at night to walk home from her house. Very cute house, It honestly was the nicest & the most affordable one I found, bonus it was conveniently located by everything.

Long weekend trip

The house was exactly as described, very well appointed, with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great, they were very responsive even when we had an issue with a chirping carbon monoxide sensor. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cozy home conveniently located on South Hill

Wonderfully updated and appointed cozy place to stay in a nice part of the South Hill neighborhood. Just two short blocks to a delightful breakfast and coffee place. Was a godsend to us while needing somewhere comfortable to stay while dealing with a family home nearby on Manito. Will stay here again when we’re in Spokane.

Absolutely wonderful home away from home on Spokane's South Hill

I had a wonderful time staying here, with my husband joining me for some nights and our adult son joining us for one night (and he could have own space in the impeccably appointed basement bedroom). Delightful in every way and perfectly located just a couple blocks from a delightful coffee shop for breakfast each day. I look forward to staying here again next time I am in Spokane if someone else hasn't already booked it!

Everything we needed for a relaxing weekend of catching up

This home is so comfortable and has everything you need, while being simplisticly uncluttered and so restful. It felt so good to be there. The beds were so comfy, it was all so relaxing and well appointed. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the close walk to Manito Park. I highly recommend.

Perfect Rental

This house was absolutely perfect for the stay, good distance to downtown, lovely neighborhood. The house is a great size, cool layout, made the trip so much more comfortable than expected. High recommend! Will definitely book again if I'm in the area.

A retreat of solitude

The house itself offered me a place of quiet and solitude to do some writing. I’m thinking, and some not thinking. With Manito Park nearby I could take daily walks in a beautiful environment. Shopping for a few groceries was also nearby and quite convenient.

Nice remodel - South Hill

Hope I have a reason to go back!!!

This place is perfect for a single person or couple, or small family. The basement is awesome, set up well to separate from the upstairs should it be necessary. Appliances were spotless. Some tea in the pantry and a Kuurig for coffee drinkers. Location is so great. Short walk from Thomas Hammer coffee shop and a handful or restaurants. Across the street from a church that supports “The Program”. If you know you know. If you ever sell the place please call me!!!!!!

Great little house

Inside of the house was very charming and clean. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated all the toiletries and extras that were provided. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Just recommend fixing up the front yard.
