Our newly remodeled circa-1925 suite offers a private deck & entrance, pick-your-own garden, hot tub, clawfoot tub, indoor fireplace, plush king-size bed, full-size sofa bed, outdoor grill, fire pit, daybed love nest & more — all within walking distance to both downtown & the River Arts District.
Nestled in Asheville’s historic Montford neighborhood, this cozy garden hideaway encompasses the best of both worlds, offering a luxury retreat into nature -- right in the heart of the city.
You’re just a one-mile walk from the center of downtown (Pritchard Park, home of Asheville’s infamous Friday night drum circle!) and all of the best breweries and restaurants Asheville has to offer. If you’re in town to enjoy the music or art scene the River Arts District provides, you’re equally centrally located -- the ten-mile riverside pedestrian and bike path begins right at the bottom of the hill.

(If you visit in spring, summer or fall, you may catch sight of our neighborhood bears!) Walk just up the street in the mornings to grab coffee at All Day Darling, and continue on down Montford Avenue for incredible Caribbean fare at Nine Mile. Stroll down the hill from your private, gated backyard to explore the eclectic River Arts District. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy one of Beer City’s best brews on your private deck!
Downtown can be accessed via Montford Avenue — we’re just a twenty-minute walk away! (Longer for slower amblers, and shorter for power walkers.)
In town to explore the amazing art Asheville has to offer? We’re situated just up the hill from the River Arts District, less than one mile away and accessible via the riverside pedestrian and bike path a short walk away from your private, gated backyard.
