Walkable to Downtown Raleigh! Your whole team or group will enjoy easy access to the Triangle from this centrally located place. You get BOTH side of the duplex! Each side has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, etc. If you have a large group this is the place for you! Modern spacious interior and fully landscaped yard with a lighted covered gazebo. Imagine your group playing lawn games in the evening and relaxing under the stars! When it's time to hit the hay- everyone has their own real bed. Families traveling for holidays, graduations, weddings will love the layout. Business groups traveling for conventions or festivals will love being so close to Downtown. Groups will love coming together for a reunion, enjoying the backyard gazebo and comfy home! Teams will have room for everyone, even the coach!
Exploring downtown Raleigh is super easy from this location. Raleigh has festivals all year long so there is always something to do!
This house is pet friendly, you can bring up to 2 dogs with you. Each pet is subject to the pet fee per dog!

No doubt, the backyard is epic! There is a lighted covered gazebo with comfy furnishings! The custom built dog agility course is a big hit with the doggos! They will love exercising on the weave course, the jump bars and the seesaw! The rest of the group will love running around and playing in the huge backyard!
