This home is on a quiet, no-outlet street with no annoying beach traffic. Enjoy our 4 spacious decks and our third floor look-out deck. Watch lobster boats and fishing boats come and go, along with kayakers, paddleboarders, and kite surfers. Soak in the beauty of sunrises over boats while listening to seagulls and piping plovers. Gaze at sunsets full of breathtaking colors that linger long after the sun has set; the colors across the sky also reflect in the glistening, rippling water.
Our home is on Seabrook Harbor and has something for all ages. Low tide is safe for all. On the sandy flats you can build sand castles, fly kites, play beach pickleball, and even practice your golf swing. There is a lot of room to roam and have fun finding hermit crabs, snails, and crabs in the tide pools (please leave them where you find them, they cannot survive out of the water for long). With a fishing license you can enjoy fishing off of the seawall, in the channel, or at the fisherman’s cooperative.
As the tide slowly comes in, children can play and wade in the water and swim safely in the calm current. Once the tide is fully in, enjoy our large float, paddleboard, kayaks (sized for adults and children), and boogie boards. Life vests are also provided for safety. When you need to rinse off, there is a surfboard outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. The adjacent outdoor shed has beach towels for easy access, and the grassy front yard is perfect for your littlest ones to play in when the tide is in.
If waves are what you crave, quiet and private Seabrook Beach is only a straight, 5 minute walk away! Beach chairs and a wagon are provided for use. We are also conveniently located within walking distance to popular local restaurants, as well as Eastman’s Deep Sea Fishing Boats for fishing and whale watching trips. Surfing is allowed at Seabrook Beach, and you can even take lessons through Zapstix Surf Shop. Additional gear rentals are also located within walking distance, as well as paddleboard yoga and other experiences.
If you prefer more action during your stay, Hampton Beach is only a mile away! Hampton Beach is a lively and popular beach location that offers shopping, arcades, restaurants, bars, and live shows. Hampton Beach hosts fireworks every Wednesday night during the summer months. You can walk to their beachfront to enjoy them, or you can comfortably watch them from a distance on our 3 waterfront decks.
