Eagle Valley offers wide open views of the beautiful Kickapoo Valley Region! Follow twisty country back roads past rock outcroppings and winding streams. With room for the whole family, we’re designed for entertaining with a large kitchen, outdoor patio and fire ring! Enjoy the large yard, Dark Sky Viewing, bring your bikes or kayaks or rent some from nearby Ontario Canoe Rentals! Excellent dining experiences a short drive from home and plenty of reasons to stay home and enjoy the tranquility!
The space
The ranch style home has an attached single car garage, plenty of space in the driveway for a couple vehicles and trailers. The interior is bright and spacious and has plenty of seating and room for up to 6 guests!

You’ll have access to the whole property!
Other things to note: between Wildcat Mountain Park, Kickapoo Valley Reserve and the Mississippi Conservancy there are 13,300 acres and wisconsin's 2nd international dark sky park!

We were in the area to kayak the kickapoo river. House location was perfect. Very nice rental and will use again in the future if it still available.

Anniversary getaway

Such a cute place and very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings and watching the wildlife. Will definitely be coming again. So many trails to hike and would love to kayak on the Kickapoo river nearby.

The home was nice and tidy. Beds comfortable. Grandkids loved the extra soft blankets to snuggle in watching tv. Location was in the middle of nowhere so some of our adventures took awhile to get to. Enjoyed our stay .

Comfortable sand well-appointed

We attended PeopleFest at Driftless Music Gardens and made this our our base camp. Common areas a large and comfortable. Bedrooms are cozy and beds super comfortable. Owner was very responsive to queries.

Very cozy clean and quiet

We use this beautiful property as our homebase for exploring the beautiful area surrounding Lafarge. The beds were very comfortable and the living room furniture was also comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and most importantly the house was very clean. This is a nice quiet location with a beautiful deck to enjoy morning coffee on.

Eagle Valley Vista Excellence

The experience of renting this property was one of the best i have had in my travels. The location is fairly central with respect to the attractions in the area. The property was very clean and seems to have been recently updated. The spacious living area and well appointed kitchen were a great benefit, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. A genuine surprise was the finished wall garage. It was perfect to keep the weather off the vehicle. Our experience with this property and the owner was superb, and we will be applying to say here again.

Nice little house in a quiet setting

This little house was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for a wedding and needed a place to stay that would allow our dogs. The house looked exactly as it does in the listing photos - furnished and decorated nicely. And, it is super clean. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the appliances and gadgets a person could need. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, and garage to use for our stay. There is a nice deck and fire pit with wood for burning in the back yard, but, Mother Nature didn’t cooperate so we could use these. The town consists of just a few houses and is super quiet at night. We never saw the owner/manager as there is self-check-in via a keypad on the door. Felt like home! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful weekend away♥️ Many memories made♥️

This property was extremely clean and cozy. It's in the middle of no where with so many memories surrounding you just waiting to be made. At the property we lounged in the livingroom watching TV and playing boardgames. Outside I sat and read my book while soaking up the sun and taking in the breathtaking view. We walked from the property and fished off the closest bridge. Outside the property we hiked and fished at Wildcat mountain and ate in Ontario at Wildcat bar and grill. We enjoyed a delicious fish fry at Rockton bar with family and friends. We all played volleyball, soccer, bean bag toss, and enjoyed a bonfire at Rockton bar! Our family rented kayaks from Kickapoo Yacht Club and enjoyed every minute on the Kickapoo. After all the fun and making memories going back to this property was exactly what our bodies needed. Clean, cozy, safe, and warm beds made for a good night's sleep. All wonderful experiences at this property!!!! Would definitely stay again❤️

Peaceful Valley Home

Beautiful valley setting right off the back deck of the home. Saw several deer and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It was almost a full moon during our stay, but we were still able to see some stars. House is furnished with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. Cozy and comfortable, a home away from home. We were able to fish just off the bridge down from the house. Only hiccup was getting in the inside house door from garage. Door latch stuck, and handle would not open the door to get in. Host was informed and I am sure that the door will be fixed for future renters to get in without a struggle. It's a beautiful place to unwind and take in the fresh air while enjoying the driftless area. Kayaking on the Kickapoo is highly recommended, we used Drifty's Canoe/Kayak Rental services in Ontario and the Rockton Bar and Grill is a great place not far from the house to get a quick bite to eat! Thanks Jen! We definitely will be back again!
