Clean and gorgeous terrace views of Los Muertos beach. Perfect for a family or couples who share spaces well. The master bedroom and large bathroom is nice. Kitchen is well appointed and laundry access was convenient!

Nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit on the 6th floor with great views. Cable TV didn’t work and living room furniture is not comfortable but the master bed is good and the baths have shampoo and body wash available. Martha, the maid, does a great job to keep you comfortable during your stay. If you need 3 bedrooms for your group, Casa Soltar fits.Front desk crew is one of the nicest and most helpful of other condos I’ve stayed in.

Awesome location

I stayed here for two weeks. The location is awesome. Really nice to have a 24 hour front desk person. We actually used the pool one day as a twist from laying on the beach and it was really nice.

Great location and views

Walkable to all activities, comfortable living space, ocean breeze, welcoming staff, friendly neighbors, clean pool, easy private beach access. There are clubs that play music throughout the day and into the night- but it became ambient noise. Lots of people and whale watching while sun bathing.

Just as advertised. Outstanding location.

We have stayed in this property before but not in this particular unit. It is just as described in the listing and being on the 6th floor offered great views of the Banderas Bay which was fantastic for the New Years Eve fireworks. Host (Dale) was very responsive and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the market for a 3 bedroom unit.

Perfect Puerto Vallarta Beach Vacation

My friends and I had a wonderful time at your beach front condo. The views of the ocean and all the beach activities were fun and always entertaining. There was a lot of music coming from the club next door but they always stoped by 10:00 or 11:00 pm so it never bothered our sleep. The condo itself was perfect for us; three bedrooms with private baths. Every amenity provided, there were even extra hats incase we needed one.

Wonderful condo with exceptional view!

My family of 4 stayed at Casa Soltar over the Thanksgiving break and we had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect as the kids each had their own room and bathroom. It was spacious and clean with everything needed from a blender to a fast coffee maker. The best part for me was the view from the balcony. Each morning I'd drink my coffee while the day arrived, watching the boats go out and the waves break, truly magical! If/when we go back to Puerto Vallarta, we'll definitely try to stay here again.

Casa Soltar is Amazing

This is the first time we have not been at an all inclusive resort. Our kids thought it was great to stay somewhere smaller and more "in Mexico" The condo is a short walk for day to day groceries, restaurants on the beaches or in the hills. Our family of five stayed over the busy Christmas holding week. The guys at Blue Chairs donated a couple hundred gifts to kids in the area. We highly recommend this condo.

This condo was wonderful.

We loved our stay. Condo is beautiful, the view is amazing and lots of space. The neighborhood feels safe and inclusive. It’s a place I would consider staying for a longer timeframe in future. I think it’s worth mentioning the beach chairs and private beach area available for use and just a few steps away from the condo. It didn’t look like many places around their offered that. Only comments is the living room furniture was pretty but not comfy. And the coffee maker was soooo slow.

Great Location, Great Service

This is a great condo in a perfect location. You can walk to a variety of great restaurants or cook your own meals in the well-appointed kitchen. It is nice having a bathroom with each bedroom, the beds were extremely comfortable and the wifi works well. If you want TV or a variety of channels you will be disappointed, there is one small TV in the living room with limited English channels, this did not bother us at all - just a note to potential renters. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and the desk is monitored 24 hours another plus. Dale was quick to answer all our questions via e-mail. We would definitely staff here again.

Loved Our View

Three of us stayed at Casa Soltar and had a positive experience being there for a week. The property is well kept with very attentive staff who are friendly. The unit was great. Wonderful cross breezes and the air conditioning in each unit had us well cooled at night. The week we were there it was a quiet pool - the building seems to have a lot of Canadian ex-pats and older retirees so we were the outliers but felt comfortable. Access to Zona Romantica was easy and you cannot beach having that quick a trip to the many beach clubs - Ritmos being our favorite. Cleaning service did a fine job and we appreciated the washer / dryer and having the water service included in our rent. Amapas market is up and around the corner should you wish to cook and it’d make a good long term stay for that reason. Our only suggestion is to replace the coffee maker as it’s a little wonky. Thanks Dale!

Just across the street from Blue Chairs, Sapphire, and Mantamar beach clubs. Short walk to restaurants and stores. The place has a traditional Mexican decor and with large balconies facing the ocean.
