* HOUSE RULES *

📌 Must be 25yrs old to rent.
📌 We require the primary guest must sign the Rental Agreement upon booking and submit a $500 security deposit hold at least 2 days before check-in. The security deposit will be released 3 days after checkout, provided no damages or violations are identified.
📌 No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Our max occupancy is 11 guests. Anything over 11 guests is subject to $1,000 fine from the city of Big Bear Lake and immediate cancellation of the reservation in accordance with house rules. Guest will be responsible for any fines levied against the homeowner for over occupancy.
📌 PARKING: Max of 4 cars allowed on property. 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. No Street parking allowed.
📌 NOISE: House is located in a residential community and noise travels far. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am per Big Bear Lake City ordinance.
📌 No Smoking inside the property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $750 Ozone cleaning fee. Smoking outside is allowed, but must be cleaned up. Any debris will charge 100$ for additional cleaning.
📌 No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests, you will be charged $1000 non-compliance fee and immediate eviction without refund.
📌 No pets allowed. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you bring a pet without authorization you will be charged $1000.00 non-compliance fee and immediate eviction without refund.
📌 SPA HOURS: Spa is closed during the hours of 10:00pm - 07:00am
📌 No Shoes allowed in the house: We provide complimentary slippers to all adult guests to enjoy your stay.
📌 Do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide grey towels to remove makeup as your makeup will stain the (white) towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel.
📌 There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of house only for security purposes and to confirm number of guests.

HOT TUB RULES:

✴No glass near the hot tub area.
✴No diving or jumping into the hot tub.
✴Use the hot tub at your own risk.
✴Do not tamper with the hot tub controls.
✴Shower before entering the hot tub.
✴Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
✴Limit hot tub usage to a reasonable duration and temperature not over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
✴Do not add any chemicals or substances to the hot tub.
✴No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
✴Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
✴Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or infections.
✴Report any issues or malfunctions with the hot tub to the property manager immediately.
