Inside, the living room offers a pleasant space to spend a quiet evening streaming entertainment the smart TV. The kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a blender, a coffee maker, and ample meal prep space. Indulge in delicious meals at the dining table or while tuning into a movie at the TV-view breakfast bar. This home also has an additional family room equipped with another smart TV and is great for board game nights.

Spacious and bright, the four bedrooms feature plush linens, ceiling fans, and ample storage space. When extra sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the trundle bed, available under the double bed. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a high chair, a separate washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, sports gear, and internet access.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
To optimize the pool heat, please ensure the cover is on in the evening and overnight.

Security camera details: camera facing the driveway and a doorbell camera along with two cameras on side of the house that face street and gate
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
