The stainless steel kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or beach snacks. Smart TVs, free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer provide all the comforts of home. The balcony is sure to be a favorite spot for coffee or cocktails.

Great place on the beach!

Our family spent a week here and it was the perfect location. There’s plenty of places nearby to eat, shop and there’s an ice cream place within walking distance.

Overall it was great, signs of rust in bathroom, & dishwasher. Master bed room sheet did not fit & bed & living room furniture needs updated.Location was great. Pool is smaller than pictures.

Great condo with convenient location!

The condo is well equipped, comfortable, and clean. The location could not be better, very central to everything. The pool and hot tub were a plus, and it’s directly on the beach! Easy booking process and communication from property management. We would definitely rent again!

Is beatiful

It is a very cozy apartment, you find everything you need in it, several attractions around it, excellent location and the fact that it has a washing machine and jacuzzi, gives it that extra something, I would surely return there.

Everything you need

This was a super cute condo, everything you need was there including beach chairs and a umbrella. 90 second walk to the beautiful beach. We sat and had out coffee on the porch and watched the waves. The only negative thing I have to say is the parking is about as tight as it gets. I drive large vehicles and had a rental jeep that hardly fit in the spot. This is a great well equipped condo! Have fun making memories. They offered late check out and that was a big help since we had a later flight out. Thank you.

Disappointing Stay Despite a Great Location

We stayed at the Sunchase condo complex, booked through VRBO and managed by Vacasa. The location was great—just a short walk to the beach—and the pool was clean and warm, which we really enjoyed.However, the condo was smaller than expected. The beds were uncomfortable with noisy plastic covers and rough sheets that wouldn’t stay on, leaving us sleeping on the plastic. Towels were small and scratchy, and despite notifying them we had six guests, only four towels were provided. After some back-and-forth, we finally received two more.There was only one trash bag provided, so we had to use plastic shopping bags. No printed checkout instructions were available, and when I texted for help, I got a lecture from what felt like an AI assistant—not a great customer service experience.Cigarette and marijuana smoke from neighbors on the shared walkways made it unpleasant at times. Parking could also be tight depending on the day.While the beach access and pool were highlights, the overall stay was uncomfortable and customer service was lacking. With a few basic improvements, it could be a much better rental

Good, but not great

Parking is an issue. The spaces are tight and some are so close to the fence that it is almost impossible to get into them with a bigger vehicle. Our spot was almost too close to the fence. To be able to turn in. My husband had to get out and I had to pull up as close as possible to be able to get in it. For reference I have a Chevy Traverse. In the listing it states extra parking is available across the street for extra. The parking is not across the street, it’s about a half mile or more down the road. The unit apparently was not mopped because my children’s feet were black mins after we arrived and they walked on the floor bare foot. The pool is extremely small. More than 5-6 in it, it is crowded.
