Recientemente redecorado 2 habitaciones / 2 baños 1er piso condominio (arriba del estacionamiento) con ascensor a pocos pasos de la puerta. Nuevos televisores con pantalla plana (3) Nueva decoración de playa, amueblada para 6 personas con cama King en Master, Queen Sleeper Queen en la sala de estar y 1 cama Queen y 1 cama individual en la habitación. Disfruta de nuestra casa recién pintada, con azulejos ... ¡Te prometo que te encantará! Las comodidades incluyen estacionamiento cubierto, lavandería en la unidad, parrillas para barbacoa y glorieta cerca de la piscina. Fácil cruzado al océano con brisa marina acceso a escritura. Múltiples restaurantes y un montón de tiendas a poca distancia de su puerta.

Visit was excellent. One of the cleanest places I have stayed. Our host responded quickly We did have difficulties using the televisions. Too many buttons. A slight frustration was the unit above us that started cleaning including vacuuming at 5:30 am. It did wake us up earlier than needed.

Perfect condo for your family

We loved the condo for our family. Everyone slept well and we loved having 2 bathrooms especially with 3 girls. Close to everything in Gulf Shores including the beach.

Great location

We liked the condo complex a lot. It was quiet for most of our time there which made it nice to enjoy the pool. The condo was clean and very spacious and located centrally for our plans.

Amazing short vacation! The condo is so clean and decorated so cute! It was so quiet! I forgot that we were in a condo and not a stand alone house. So close to the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Great time!

Perfect beach condo

Perfect location we loved the pool, bbq grills, and quick beach access!! Condo was great the only thing I would say is if you’re tall/big people like my family the master bathroom is an extremely tight squeeze. But we made it work and would definitely return!

This home was perfect for our stay…clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a plus. It’s a close walk to the beach. Owners were quick to respond with any of our questions. Check in and check out was simple! Great place to stay!

Convenient to beach. Accurate description. Washer needs rinse aid. Maybe why there was an odor in the washer. Washed towels before use because of this. Otherwise it was a good trip.

Great place to stay.

We had a great time staying here. The place was very clean and neat. We had everything we needed and the location was terrific. It's an easy walk to the beach and close to lots of good restaurants, entertainment & shopping. We would look at renting this again on our next trip to the coast.

We finished our home in Northern Alabama in 2016, Graduated all 5 of our kids, Got 3 married off and now are proud Grandparent of a spoiled Grandson! We are in the process of an overhaul remodel, room by room of this condo. Both Bedrooms, 1 Bath and the Dining Room are now complete (2020) Next fall we will complete the 2nd Bath and move to the kitchen.

(2015)After renting a condo here for the last 20 years, we are finally living the dream! We have just purchased 42 acres in Attalla, AL for our retirement home (finished, we moved south 2016) and as all parents know (we have 5 kids) bribery works best when it comes to the kids. We know the kids will come down to see us, often, if the beach and condo of their childhood memories is available to them, so we bought our condo in Sea Breeze and lovingly redecorated it. (Now we have re-re-decorated 2020) We are renting our summer home out to some very lucky guests. Our last 2 children are juniors in college this year (2020, All graduated, successful working adults now ;) and will be graduating soon, so the empty-nesters needed a hobby. ;)

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Please look at the pictures of our newly remodeled unit (current remodel 2019-2020, both bedrooms and 1 bath, new dining furniture) and know that you will feel comfortable and at home in this condo. We chose it for it's proximity to the beach, it's convenience of elevators and pristine grounds and pool.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Walking distance to nearly everything you could want or need.... Grocery, Restaurant, Beach, Entertainment and a short drive to everything else... Mall, Starbucks, Golf, Clinics, Spas.
You will love the people of the Sea Breeze community. They host cookouts and parties at the gazebo and all are invited. They are friendly and make you feel welcome....Kinda like family. We are new owners and couldn't be happier with our new community of friends. You will want to come back year after, just like we did!
