However, we're genuinely sorry to hear about the inconveniences experienced with the AC and unexpected visits from our maintenance team. Our intent is always to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for our guests. While our team is generally very attentive and able to address any concerns within 24 hours, it appears that there may have been some miscommunication in this case. In addition, we regret the oversight with your cooler and the resultant loss you incurred. We will be reviewing our cleaning procedures with our team to ensure a more careful approach to guests' personal belongings in the future. We would also like to apologize for the troubles you faced with the door codes. We are glad, however, that our team was able to fix the issue, albeit not at an ideal time.
