Location, location, location

The location was very convenient to everything we had on our agenda! The host’s were very responsive and accommodating. The house is very spacious and was perfect for our stay.

Pleasant stay in spacious home

We came to Providenciales for a swimming event and wanted to stay somewhere convenient that was reasonably priced. I’m so glad we found this home away from home. In addition to restaurant and sightseeing information, we were able to attend church on Sunday! We recommend this home and host to anyone looking for a relaxing space near all that Providenciales has to offer.

Need a car

Overall we had a good time. Host was very kind and responsive. However, we expected a 7 min walk to beach per listing, but it was more like 25 min walk. We booked this property to be able to walk to the beach. Needles to say, we were slightly disappointed that we needed a taxi to get to the beach.

Very Helpful

Our plans changed (unforeseen circumstances), so we were not able to stay, but Yesicha was so accommodating and assisted us with a full refund. We did see the place and it was very clean and we loved the little touches ( snacks). It's also in a great location! She was there to meet us and very helpful. We hope to stay here in the future.

Great host and stay

We had a great time in the home. It was spacious and well kept. The host and their family were brilliant and supportive. If you plan to do a lot of cooking this may be a challenge as there's not a lot of cookware. Also the beach is more like a 7 min drive as opposed to walk. So car hire is advisable. I presume this is an error of vrbo mapping as opposed to the host.

Overall a decent place to stay

We only stayed for one night and for one night it was decent. Everything in the house is modern and up to date. The host was great with communication and helping us find the place. I do feel like the house could have been stocked better with dishes, there were only 4 forks. There’s also plastic on the beds (I’m assuming to protect them) but it did make them noisy

5 Star Property

My family and I stayed at the Leeward Palm property for new years. The house has a great location as it is on a quiet street yet very close to the famouse Grace Bay downtown area. The house is just like on the photos. Very clean and spacious. The host Mrs. Clair met us at check in. She showed us the host and made sure we had everything we need. Mrs. Clair provided us with beach chairs and umbrellas which was a great plus. We had a house keeper that came on the 4th day and cleaned the house and changed our bedsheets. I can say enough about how wonderful our stay a the house was and how sweet and accommodating Mrs. Clair was. I will definitely stay here again when I visit turks and caicos.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Our stay at this lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom VRBO in Providenciales was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.The location couldn't be better! Just a quick 5-minute drive to Leeward Beach and Grace Bay Beach, we were able to enjoy the stunning turquoise waters and soft white sands without any hassle. We loved being close to the beach, allowing us to easily pack up and spend the day swimming and back for a nap. The house itself has all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had snacks, all the utensils we needed to prepare family meals, and the outdoor patio space was great for enjoying our morning coffee or evening chats under the stars.The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable vacation.Overall, this VRBO is an ideal choice for families looking to create lasting memories in Providenciales. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Clean, comfortable, spacious, and well located wonderful property!

This 3 bedroom apartment was absolutely lovely. Plenty of space with 2 very large bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom) and a third good sized bedroom. Lots of open space and very clean with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Well appointed with everything you could need up to and including separate make-up removal washcloths. I loved all of the personal touches, it was very well appointed throughout. The hostesses were lovely and extremely responsive. We had parking right in front of the home and it was easy to come and go. The home is located in a nice community a few minutes drive from the all of the major restaurants and lounges, so it was a great location for us. 5-7 minutes to get food or less to go to the beach, 5 mins in the other direction to get to the pier. Everything was just perfect. We will be back!

A fabulous villa

This villa is absolutely gorgeous, is inside a gated compound and offers all amenities including parking, Wifi. It is in Leeward Settlement on a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Is less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and the Carribean Cruisin Ferry. It has been recently renovated, with exquisite furniture, a modern kitchen with utensils, cooking pots/pans, King sized beds, updated baths, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas. The hosts are top notch, available to welcome you and assist you prior to arrival and addressing anything that you may need, including Welcome Snacks. We can honestly say we stayed at one of the nicest places in Leeward with extremely responsive, homely and flexible hosts. We visited with family, but I wont hesitate to live here when visiting by myself. You can't beat the stay at this Villa, the hosts, weather and beautiful beaches. Thank you Yesicha for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning next year for another fabulous vacation.

The Perfect Stay

My friends and family loved every minute of our stay! It was perfect for our trip. Upon check in, we were greeted and warmly welcomed by Mr Clair! The home was very clean & very spacious for 6 guest. My friends and family visited Providenciales to attend the annual Fishing and Golf Tournament! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was in close proximity to where the Tournament events were being held as well as the Grace Bay Area which was great! It was a short 5 mins drive to the islands local entertainment area as well as several local restaurants! There was more than enough parking for our rental vehicles on site. Each of the rooms were large and accompanied by separate Air Conditioning units which we did not need because the weather was perfect. The wifi was very fast and reliable. The host was very accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. The check in / check out process was very simple. Our stay was a 10/10.

Perfect Family Retreat

Absolutely Stunning 3 Bedroom Retreat in Turks! We had the pleasure of staying in this incredible 3 bedroom home in Turks, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the spacious and airy open-concept living area, perfect for relaxing and socializing. The home is tastefully decorated, with comfortable furnishings and old style traditional amenities throughout. The three bedrooms are generously sized, with plastic on beds which we love it was easy to double lysol. Ample storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials need to whip up a meal. The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a large patio on 2 sides aea perfect for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the sun. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, with easy access to local attractions. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a spacious, open sunlight throughout every room, stylish, and comfortable home in Turks, look no further! We can't wait to return and stay here again. *Recommendation:* Thick blanket More towels of all sizes Toiletries (paper towels, tissue, lysol wipes) Cleaning supplies Local tv service and or movie channels This home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Turks. Another Great Stay With Yesicha

This was our second time staying at Yesicha’s place because we truly loved staying here February 2023 as a family of 5 (my parents, brother and SIL, and myself). The upstairs 3br/2ba apartment is extremely spacious and allows everyone to be in their own spaces without crowding eachother. This year, it was only my parents and myself, so we didn’t need the 3rd bedroom but booked Yesicha’s place anyway because it is a phenomenal value for the area it is in. You do need a car to get around, buy groceries or water/beverages, especially if you want to try different beaches and restaurants while you’re there. This is true for anywhere you stay in Provo outside of the 5-6 beachfront resorts around Allegro Rd, which is where the supermarket, shopping Plazas etc. are (TIP: it’s a lot more economical to rent a small car a few months in advance than use taxis to travel around, a trip to Sapodilla or Taylor bay alone ran ~$100 even back in 2021). Yesicha’s place has everything necessary to either cook inside and stay in, but since there are so many wonderful restaurants in Provo, we always ate out except for breakfast before leaving for the beach. Though TCI is expensive, the great value that we got staying with Yesicha made eating out every night at expensive restaurants much more palatable. Overall, even with dinner for 3 at high end restaurants 6 nights of our stay, we ended up paying less than we would have paid just to stay at many other 2-3 br villas/apts, and definitely hotels.

Very lovely and spacious spot

Great upstairs villa space with very friendly hosts. Easy check in and check out. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well stocked but don’t plan to cook a whole lot as there wasn’t a lot of utensils and other things beyond the basics. It was definitely further from beaches than advertised and you really need either a car or bikes. There is a restaurant and market at the all inclusive resort nearby at the marina that you can access without staying there. Flamingos beach bar was our savior as a beach since we only had bikes and even that was a haul everyday with coolers and other things. The beach chairs and umbrella they provide were great. We had to taxi to actual Grace Bay shops and restaurants because it was definitely too far to bike even though we were young and fairly fit. There is a cut through behind the school that will save you so much time if you are walking or biking to sunset beach area or to the little market. Lots of dogs in the neighborhood which made it hard to sleep at times. No extra blankets so plan to pack one if you like more than a light coverlet. Also, there is only AC in the bedrooms so the main area gets very very hot during the day and early evening. There is a decent breeze at times but no screens so we did get some mosquito issues when we opened the doors. Overall a great place and great price for the space!! Just plan ahead for some wheels of some kind, and don’t expect super modern decor.
