Lo mejor de ambos mundos. Golf and Beach.

Elegante casa, muy bien equipada, con excelentes muebles de alta gama en Providenciales (Provo), parte de la "bella por naturaleza" Islas Turcas y Caicos con 230 millas de playas de arena blanca y agua turquesa.

La casa se encuentra junto a la calle 18 en el bien cuidado campo de golf de campeonato de 18 hoyos supuesto-- anfitrión dos veces del Caribe Amateur abierto.

El cielo azul y el sol, vistas panorámicas y las brisas tropicales todos le esperan en el campo de golf de Provo, en la Casa Club es de dos o tres minutos a pie de la casa.

Dependiendo de la época del año, el Curso se abre desde las 8 de la mañana, y la Casa Club sirve desayunos, almuerzos y cenas del, terraza sombreada y un salón con vistas panorámicas al campo de golf.

La impresionante playa de Grace Bay, nombrado en los premios viajero del mundo como "playa líder del mundo" - está a cinco minutos de distancia. Las palabras no pueden expresar lo hermoso de esta playa es --- en un buen día sería imposible pintar el color del agua azul de ultramar, que es una delicia para nadar.

La casa forma parte de un pequeño complejo con su propio bien equipada, amplio tranquila, piscina, comunitaria a tan sólo unos pasos de distancia.

Cada habitación tiene un baño en-suite, y hay un aseo escaleras abajo. Un dormitorio tiene una cama doble de matrimonio y las otras dos camas individuales.

La cocina está bien equipada, con las comodidades habituales para mantener las tareas al mínimo, incluyendo cocina completa, lavavajillas, nevera-congelador, etc.

Llegar es fácil. American Airlines tienen dos o tres vuelos sin escala diarios desde Miami, y un vuelo diario desde Nueva York. También hay vuelos desde Dallas, Charlotte, Filadelfia y Boston. Delta vuela desde Atlanta, y Jet Blue diaria (dependiendo de la temporada).
Air Canada tiene dos vuelos directos desde Toronto, y hay vuelos directos en un domingo de Londres con British Airways, o, alternativamente, cualquier día de la semana en a Miami con un vuelo de conexión a Providenciales.

Las Islas Turcas y Caicos son un grupo de islas espectaculares que ofrecen tranquilidad, belleza, maravilloso buceo, snorkeling y casi todos los deportes acuáticos imaginables. Combinado con esto es el campo de golf que es siempre muy bien cuidada, tiene una abundancia de vida silvestre y donde el agua es un elemento habitual para poner a prueba tus habilidades de juego. El campo de golf también cuenta con instalaciones para jugar al tenis.

Salir a cenar es un verdadero viaje culinario de cocina de primera clase. Hay un gran número de excelentes restaurantes para elegir, y debido al tamaño de Providenciales todas partes se encuentra cerca de la mano.

La isla también tiene buenas instalaciones médicas. Un nuevo hospital fue construido recientemente que está muy bien equipado.

En resumen, un verdadero paraíso tropical para disfrutar, si se trata de isla en isla o permanecer en Providenciales.

Un clima maravilloso, sano, donde la única precaución es que ten cuidado con el sol y llevar un montón de loción.

Aunque TCI es ideal para aquellos que deseen relajarse y recargar sus baterías, no hay vida nocturna de una especie, incluyendo casinos, un complejo de cines y espectáculos nocturnos en la mayoría de los hoteles de lujo que están abiertos al visitante ocasional.

Not the way to begin a vacation

While en route to the airport, I received a call from the host informing me that we could no longer stay at his property due to a maintenance issue. He offered to find alternative accommodations, which I appreciated. However, without consulting me, he proceeded to book two rooms at a questionable motel on the island—far from the standard, quality, or value of the original home we reserved.He made the booking through Expedia, despite VRBO advising him twice to simply cancel the reservation and refund the cost. While his willingness to help was noted, the accommodations he chose were completely inadequate. The motel was located in an unsafe area, and the conditions were unacceptable, especially with my two teenage children in a separate room.We went from having a private home with living space, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms to a cramped motel room with none of the promised amenities. When I expressed my concerns and asked for a refund, the host refused and insisted that his arrangements were sufficient—even after I declined to stay in what I can only describe as a roach motel.This experience was incredibly disappointing and not reflective of the booking we made or the service we expected.

Golfer Dream

This property is located on the 18th hole of the golf course and is very clean, spacious and easy to access. Lovely kitchen and extra bathrooms even though it was just the two of us. Well worth the money!

Great Location with Everything we Needed

The location was perfect with driving or walking access to the beach as well as restaurants. Took morning runs and felt completely safe in the area. Plentiful parking on the access road to the beach. This two bedroom property was spacious for our family of four. Clean and well equipped for cooking.

Belle place bien située

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour aux TCI. L’emplacement était parfait et tout se fait bien en voiture. L’hôte a été réactif tout au long du séjour. Le condo est assez grand pour 4 personnes. Nous avons eu un dégât d’eau en soirée et le lendemain matin, un plombier était sur place. Il n’y a rien fait pour régler le problème. Nous avons dû condamner la salle de bain pour éviter que cela se reproduise. Ce fut donc plus de logistique pour nous. On pouvait voir qu’il y avait déjà eu des fuites auparavant car le plafond avait des traces. Ce fut un irritant bien que nous ayons apprécié notre séjour.Nous av

Absolutely wonderful

All communication with owner were excellent. He was very responsive. The unit we stayed in was very clean and I think it was nicer in person than in pictures and description. It was very well equipped and the pool was right out the back door. Close to shops, beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Turks and Caicos.

Awesome location and great value!

We loved our stay here! The condo is perfect for a family of four. You can walk to the beach and the center of town is right down the road. We also enjoyed walking the golf course in the morning before the golfers were up and using the pool in the afternoons--we were usually the only ones there! My only recommendation would be for more beach towels and blankets. The AC was kind of random and we were sometimes cold at night. Overall a GREAT value for Grace Bay and I have already recommended it to several friends!

Anniversary getaway

Hade a wonderful time. Property was as described. Location was great. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nice beds , bedding and plenty of towels. Patrick (the owner) was Easy to work with and very responsive. It was a good fins.

Winter getaway

We were a group of 4 on a winter getaway and couldn't have asked for a better setting and location. Thank you to our host Patrick! The house was clean, comfortable and provided many amenities. The pool area was a bonus and we prefer to grill meals when we can so the outdoor grill was another bonus as dining out can be expensive. If you love the beach or golfing, both venues are walking distance from the house. Can also walk to restaurants and shops. The closest beach to the house is beautiful and relaxing. Worth renting a car so you can explore the spectacular pearls this island has to offer.

Merveilleuse petite villa

Très belle petite villa situé à 10 minutes de la plage à pied. Les chambres sont confortables et la cuisine fonctionnel . Nous avons apprécié la piscine certain après-midi ! Nous avons apprécié la petite épicerie à 5 minutes de marche malgré les prix exorbitants et avons trouvé plusieurs restaurants à moins de 15 minutes de marche. Nous avons loué cette maison pour pratiquer de la plongée sous-marine avec Seafari ,situé à l’entrée de la plage! Belle température . La communication avec l’hôte est très rapide . Il nous a fait livrer un nouveau toaster après que je lui ai signalé que le premier était brisé . Le papier de toilette est limité à 2 rouleaux par salle de bain , pensez à en acheter a l’épicerie à votre arrivé si vous êtes plusieurs jours . Il n’y a pas de shampooing mais une barre de savon est offerte . Semaine et condo parfait pour 4 voyageurs ! Merci à Patrick .

Lovely town house

We stayed for 12 days over Christmas 2023. The house is in a small quiet enclave next to the golf course. It has a well equipped kitchen and nice dining area and a comfortable lounge with a terrace ( enclosed with mosquito netting). There are two generous bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. It’s a 10 minute walk to Grace bay beach and the cafe there . We preferred long bay beach, but that is a personal preference. I would recommend this property as a lovely, affordable place to stay on the island ( which can get very expensive otherwise). For noise sensitive people, there is noise from the green keepers early in the morning taking care of the golf course behind the house and occasionally you can hear the leeward highway , but nothing major.

This cozy town home is in the best location. We were minutes away from the beach and just a few steps from the pool and golf course. I would definitely recommend this to place to other family and friends who wish to visit Turks & Caicos Island.

Perfect Getaway

Love this property! This property is very clean, well stocked kitchen and we ate at the enclosed patio every morning. There is also BBQ which came in handy. We appreciate that there were beach chairs and umbrella and some beach toys that we took with us everywhere. We booked this place due to the proximity of Grace Bay, pool and golf course. But we didn’t spend much time in Grace Bay, didn’t use the pool and didn’t play golf during our stay. We would recommend you rent a car so you can venture out to other parts of the island. Grocery stores are nearby. We took day trip to Middle and North Caicos - spectacular view of Mudgin Harbour. Wished we stayed overnight. The host was quick to answer email and very pleasant. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Great home base for golf / beach / diving holiday

Great location, close to golfing, stunning Grace Bay beach, and diving. The backyard pool was a very nice place to read a book with morning coffee. Very close to great restaurants, we loved Cocovan. Patrick was able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out on short notice, which was much appreciated. Bit low on basic provisions, would recommend picking up some extra toilet paper, cooking oil, and salt / pepper when you're in town. Would stay here again!

An incredible holiday vacation!

Everything about Patrick´s place was great from the very beginning. I booked this unit about 8 months out and Patrick was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The place itself really cannot be beaten. If you are a golfer, it is right on the 18th hole of a beautiful golf course with clubs available at the house. Great space, two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The chairs, pool, cooler, and grill are all things we look for and they were in great condition. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Golfer's Getaway

The proximity to the fantastic Provo Golf Club couldn't be better. There was unlimited golf for a week and my son was in heaven! The pool was steps away and the condo has everything a vacationer would need. Great stay!

Perfect Access to Everything

A friend of mine and I had a wonderful stay at this quiet, but close to everything, property. The property itself was very clean and had everything needed; it also looks much nicer in person as the quality of the photos do not do it justice. Beach access with a rented car was super convenient as well as restaurants, grocery store etc. I would absolutely stay here again! While staying right on Grace Bay would be nice, it is crazy expensive and I just don't like the crowds and resort vibe most seem to enjoy. The closest beach access (2-3 mins in car max) was perfect - beautiful part of Grace Bay and not much of a walk on the beach to fins a perfect spot away from the crowds. I am so happy I stayed here. I dod not have to contact the owner for any reason, but the directions/guide they sent upon booking was super helpful and accurate.

Amazing stay !!

Our family of 4 stayed in this gorgeous townhouse for 9 days and our stay could not have been better! The townhouse itself was absolutely perfect in every way -- comfortable, super clean, and the location was outstanding. It's a short drive from the restaurants and shopping of The Saltmills and from Grace Bay and Leeward Beaches and is located right on the golf course, with the greens and a community pool right outside the back door and the clubhouse and tennis courts a short 3 minute walk away. In the house, there was everything we needed, from beach towels and beach chairs to all the cooking amenities one could want. The beds were extremely comfortable (!) and the decor was lovely and tasteful that made us feel like we were at home. Patrick, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with, and all the instructions we needed were provided ahead of time, including an on-island contact (which we did not need). If we come back to Provo (and we are definitely planning on it), we will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful property, would stay again

This was a very last minute booking due to a problem with another property. Patrick was a wonderful host with great communication and the property was excellent, very well located and very comfortable. It was great drinking coffee looking out on to the golf course and being close to all the amenities.

Great house on the Golf Course in Grace Bay

Our first visit to Turks and Caicos was a great experience. The house was located in a nice area of Grace Bay, a short distance to the beach. The amenities in the house were great, the kitchen was well equipped. Patrick did a great job communicating before and throughout our vacation and providing a lot of useful information. The pool was also very useful for our toddler when we were not at the beach. Grocery store, cafes, restaurants are a short drive away from the house. Overall, it was a super easy and laid back place and I would recommend to any couple or a family who is visiting TCI.

Great location

This is our second time visiting Turks and we found this location ideal for exploring the island. Close enough to restaurants and the smaller IGA (which had everything we needed) but away from the bustle of the main strip. The beach nearby is lovely, park at Ricki’s and if you walk east for a few minutes, you have stretches of grace bay to yourself. The condo is comfortable, good wifi and the kitchen has all you need. Really nice neighbours who know the island well and will help with anything you need. Try coco van for dinner it’s great! Also the neighbours suggested Mr Groupers and they were spot on. Best seafood we had while there though the ambiance and location are misleading. We have small kids and the location is quiet and they loved the pool in the afternoons. Hope to visit again one day and would stay at this property again.

Absolute Serenity

The unit was immaculate, steps to the pool and golf course! The added bonus is it being an end unit, the grounds are well cared for and quiet aside from the occasional golf cart. Grace Bay Beach access is a short stroll across the street, close to restaurants and 1.5 miles away from the super market. Patrick and Rosa were perfect anything we needed was handled in record time. I would highly recommend enjoying your stay at this condo!

I was working in TCI over a period of about three years,and fell in love with the Islands and bought this property as a result.

Over the years Providenciales has become a little more built up, but the beauty of Grace Bay has not been affected in the least. You have to see it on a good day to believe it, and I defy anybody to paint the colour of the sea when it is at its best. The golf course is beautiful and challenging, with a lot of water coming in to play.

Because the Island is so small(it only has two roads,an upper and lower road) and no town centre,everything is within easy reach, and the opportunities for every kind of water-sport is readily available.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Quiet location on the golf course but a short distance from the beaches and water sport facilities. Scuba diving and snorkeling is particularly popular because of the superb waters. Communal pool rarely used by anybody, for some reason, and close proximity to the club house and local restaurants.
