En Soho, entre los Metros de Oxford y Piccadilly Circus (300 m), en el límite de Regent Street de Mayfair.

Diseño contemporáneo, mucha luz, grandes vidrios, con espléndidas vistas al centro de Londres. En un edificio residencial de gran altura (con 2 grandes ascensores) en una plaza tranquila del West End.

Servicios de primer nivel: fibra, cocina abierta, y totalmente equipada, cafetera, mesa de mármol, 4 sillas, sofá de cachemira de diseño, sábanas de algodón egipcio, ducha tipo lluvia y lavadora y secadora. Nuevo reformado a finales de 2023.

El edificio adyacente tiene una piscina olímpica de mármol, spa y gimnasio (entrada de 8 £ por día). Teatros, restaurantes, tiendas Apple, Liberty y Selfridges a la vuelta de la esquina. Saludador personal que vive cerca.

Perfect location

My husband and I stayed at Paul’s flat over New Year’s Eve. The balcony was the perfect place to watch the fireworks. The flat was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed! And the location was walkable to everything in central London. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great place. It's well thought out and a well designed space. Paul was a great host, very responsive and nice. Lilian welcomed us and was extremity nice. This is a great apartment in a perfect location. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

My daughter and I had the most wonderful stay. This flat is in the perfect location. Minutes from Carnaby and Regent streets. Three underground stations within walking distance. We were able to visit so many places using the tube, which was very easy to navigate. The view from the flat was fantastic. Lilian met us at the door and showed us around the flat. She was very responsive to all questions during our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to stay! The location is great, right in the middle of everything - but is quiet at bed time. The view in the picture doesnt give it justice. Everything you need in the flat for your stay - comfy and makes you feel right at home. Warm greeting at arrival and easy "check out". Thank you!

The apartment is ideally located on a quiet street in the middle of soho, close to all the shops on Regents Street and Oxford Street, and all the boutique shops on the smaller streets closer to the apartment. You can walk everywhere with an abundance of restaurants, bars and sites. Or you can enjoy the spectacular view from the balcony, from the City in the East to The London Eye and Parliament in the South, to the parks and sunset in the West. We stayed in Paul's Flat for two weeks, one week before our wedding and the week following our wedding. It is the perfect penthouse in the centre of Soho to enjoy an escape to your sanctuary in the sky, amidst all the busy hustle and bustle of life (and guests from all over the world who were arriving and departing for our wedding!)! I can recommend this apartment as one of my favourite all time holiday rental experiences. Paul is extremely kind and considerate as is Lillian who greeted us on the first day. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect spot!

Location was absolutely perfect! Located in Soho, the flat is half a block off the busiest hustle and bustle, but an easy walk to so much of everything. Close to several tube stations, we had no trouble getting all over London. Walking distance from theatres, the Eye, parks and palaces. Near bars, pubs and restaurants, one right after the other, with cuisine of all varieties. Nearby was all types of shopping, groceries, high end clothing, department stores and convenience shops. We really enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony, The flat is on a high floor in one of the few high rises in the area. We had views of several landmarks of London. The unit was private and quiet, well maintained, and well appointed with anything we needed. Cozy and comfortable, I only wish we could have stayed longer since there’s so much to do in the area. The location really helped make the most of our time in London. Paul met us at the flat and helped us get acquainted with the features. He was also available when we had a question. I wouldn’t change anything, it was a great place to stay and we really loved coming back to it at the end of the evening. Would 100% stay at this location again, and hope to do so!

Just what it says...and more

A modern apartment in the heart of London. It may not be very big, but you won't find anything better and cheaper for that price in Soho. Clean, quiet, and with breathtaking vistas. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the pictures, and it also includes a television and a microwave. There were two contact persons. Paul was great and remained in constant communication during the stay. However, the person in charge of the keys was a completely different story. She took a long time to respond to questions, was delayed by two hours in delivering the keys due to a train strike, and ultimately provided no information about how things worked in the apartment because she was in a hurry and had to leave. By 'no information,' I mean that I didn't even meet her in the apartment. Apart from that, the apartment deserves a 5-star rating.

Hi Juan, Thanks for your review and the 5-star rating. I totally agree with you on the greeter-cleaner, sorry about this. But she has been replaced now, by someone much more attentive and available. It is indeed normal and our intention to give each guest some explanations on amenities in the apartment, and help them orient themselves in our area in central London.

Extremely Comfortable, Great Location

We had an amazing stay in Soho. We would definitely stay there again 14th floor so we had amazing views from two directions. We could see the London Eye. The elevator was quick and we rarely waited more than two or three minutes. We couldn't count the number of great restaurants within a block or two. The location is a block off of Carnegie Street, and near Regent and Oxford Streets. Three tube stations are easily walkable, including two separate tubes that go directly to the airport. We recommend the new Elizabeth line since because there are escalators all the way to the street. Take the Bond Street tube stop. Most of the time we walked everywhere since it was faster. Lillian who met us at the apartment was very helpful and nice. It was wonderful knowing we could rely on her at any time. The apartment was extremely clean and very well stocked. Anything we needed, and more was there. The furniture is modern but with warmth. Everything worked very well, and made the stay very convenient. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was a rain shower and hand held sprayer in the bathroom. The right handle was for the sprayer, and the left for the rain shower. Angle the bottom of the dial to the right for hot water, which was quick. The heating was by radiator, and kept us warm even though it got down to the 20s (Fahrenheit). There is some noise, but not very loud and is usually over by about 11 to 12 at night when the bars close. Thanks for a great stay!!
