Good location , Enough space for the whole family with an outdoor patio ,We did not use the kitchen , Only downside I can think about is the bed matress they need to be replace other than that is a very great stay at a great price.

Had a great week!! The house has a lot of room and having 2 upgraded bathrooms for 5 people was a huge plus. The kuerig stopped working the 2nd day and Daniel was quick to replace it with a coffee pot, ground coffee, coffee filters and gave us a bottle of coffee creamer!!

Nice roomy place in a convenient location

Did a weekend fishing trip and used this place as home base with a few friends. Nice location near the base, harbor, and straight shots to the freeways. Plenty of room, decent setup, ample parking, and worked just fine for our group. Property manager was prompt and easy to communicate with.

Amazing place

Clean comfortable super helpful host I can’t recommend this place enough. Super great place to stay. Definitely gonna be staying there again when I’m back in town on business.

3 Nite Stay

Pros: Close to the navy base and my parents home. Plenty space. The closed in patio and back area are perfect for an outside get together, weather permitting. Nice travel size toiletries available.Cons: Waking up the first morning freezing cold and was not able to turn up the heat. Would have liked to know about the 2 space heaters available.Water pressure is low and doesn’t get hot.No instructions for working the TV and the writing on the dry eraser board was smeared and not legible that had WiFi information written on it.Bedding needs to be replaced. One comforter had stains and there was trash in the trash can.There was a stale smell in the air.It may be possible that the Host is in the process of upgrading the interior.

Pretty good.

Decent place, worth the money. It was missing a couple basic things that would have been nice, like hand towels in the kitchen, but we bought a cheap pack of paper towels from the store just a few blocks away and left them there.The beds & pillows were comfy enough, I've had plenty worse in many hotels. So not the best place you can find, but still nice enough and worth the price.

Extremely convenient to Naval Base!

Our son was taking command of the new undersea drone program for the pacific theatre. This listing looked good so we rented it because of convenience. Communication with the owner was always quick and this made check in a breeze! We were somewhat taken aback when we 1st pulled up to the property. Didn't look like the area we really wanted to stay at. DO NOT LOOK AT LOCATION WHEN YOU 1ST ARRIVE! Parking is easy, and the house is great! The location is not what you would expect but it turned out to be wonderful. The owner helped us immensely, answering those multiple early calls when we 1st got there. House is great and we would definitely stay there again if we are going to attend anything at the Ventura Naval Base. It is a 5 Star place!

Great base for area activities

A comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the area and Channel Islands. Nice kitchen for cooking dinner. Clean and upgraded bathrooms. Grocery nearby.

Girls National Park Vacay

Here from WI visiting some National Parks in CA. We spent 2 nights here while taking in Channel Islands national park. This was a very nice house and perfect location. It had everything we needed.

Cozy and comfortable!

Stayed at this property while visiting family for a birthday party on the beach! What a cozy comfortable stay, we will definitely choose this home again when returning to Oxnard. The host was very friendly and replied quickly to the inbox. Overall a great relaxed stay.

A Very Nice Getaway

My family (4 adults) was very happy with our stay! The home was very clean, all information was very clear, and it was a comfortable place to spend 4 days. Communication with the owner was excellent!

My place is very close to Beautiful beaches. There is also good restaurants and attractions nearby. I like Magic Mountain theme park and hiking in Malibu. There are also wine tours in Downtown Ventura or Deep sea fishing nearby! Kayaking and Jet ski's, or just watching a nice California sunset at Oxnard shores beach, there is a lot to do.
