Bright/Comfortable/ Fully Equipped Home in Convenient Location Near Beaches
Our home for the past ten years is available for your enjoyment in paradise. Our home is warm, comfortable, spacious, bright, cheerful, quiet, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. You will love this home away from home that has everything you might desire. Also, the location is convenient to anything you may want. Four beaches are 15 minutes away. Excellent restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, bicycling and hiking are conveniently located.
The home has been completely remodeled over the past few years and has a split floor plan with two bedrooms each with that their own bathroom. The dream kitchen is fully equipped. There are two, excellent offices for remote working. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. The home is beautifully landscaped with two outdoor patios that are private and offer great relaxation opportunities. In addition, the home includes a living room with adjoining dining room, a den, laundry room, and lanai that is a great place to read, nap, or hang out.
The location is worth emphasizing – everything you may want is at your fingertips. Four beaches are 15 minutes away. A community pool is three minutes away. The adorable downtown Venice and a number of excellent restaurants of a variety of cuisines are within a 15 minute drive. Golf, tennis, and hiking are conveniently located. Two bicycles come with the home and there are lots of bicycle trails nearby. Most of your basic needs can be met in fifteen minutes or less. All the shopping you may ever want is available at University Town Center, thirty minutes away. In addition, your cultural interests can be accommodated with world class theater, symphony, opera, ballet and entertainment either in Venice or Sarasota which is 30 minutes away.
The home also comes with two bicycles, a grill, and beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys.
We love our home and we are sure you will love it too. We are making it available because we are going to celebrate retirement with an extended trip to Europe. In our absence we have made arrangement to address quickly and professionally any issues that may arise.
