Steps away from the beach with great gulf views

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath duplex. Just steps to the waters edge with an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico from both levels. Park style charcoal grill, comfortable furniture, nicely equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, screened porch, private outside shower, dedicated boardwalk to the beach are featured in this home. Located in the popular Barefoot Trace community about mid-way down the Cape. GREAT VALUE FOR A SMALL FAMILY!

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.
All of our homes come with WiFi
You must be 25 years or older to reserve.
No events are allowed.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

Ocean breeze and waves sing

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and as stated only steps from the beach. I loved leaving the patio door open and listen to the music of the waves. Slept the best I have in a long time. The beds need a little help and communication could be a little better. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great location!

Place was great! Clean and cool. Easy check in and out. Steps from the water. Great beach access (turtle nest next to our access). Can’t wait to come back. Ceiling fan in master needs to be replaced. But that’s minor.

Cape San blas summer week

Nice place to stay, very comfortable. The building is a zero lot line with another unit. There was a family staying there and we could not hear their kids playing running around. The beach is right there, short little walk. Nice view and comfortable porch to sit.

Perfect for two!

My partner and I spent a week ahead and loved every minute of our stay. Although it’s not beachfront, the views are great and you can still hear the ocean. The property is cozy but plenty of space for a small family. We enjoyed cooking with the well-stocked kitchen and eating in the patio for every meal. The only concern was a few items needing to replaced from general wear and tear and the sight of mold on the a few outlets (I’m very allergic to mold and could tell there was some mold on the house).

Baby Step #7 Celebration

We celebrated my birthday, our 20th Anniversary and paying OFF our house! We stayed 12 days, enjoyed the awesome view, fresh seafood and beach every day! The house had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach and has great views of the ocean. We had no hot water the first day we were there, but the managers fixed it right away. Great communication! We spent a lot of time on the screened-in deck and star gazed from the top deck. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and lots of time in the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and centrally located to everything! This will be a trip to remember!

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville II. The house was very clean and had great space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well equipped, which was helpful as we brought groceries to make all meals. The views from the back of the house were spectacular! Although this is a 2nd tier house, there is not a 1st tier house directly in front of it, so we had unobstructed views of the gulf! We will definitely come back to Margaritaville II again next year!

The unit was pretty much as advertised. One of the comforters wasn't clean...& the wall outlets need replaced as plugs just fall out. Other than that the house was what we hoped it would be. Very friendly people staying/living there.

Well equipped and nicely decorated except one bedroom is painted a hideous green. Even though it had the king bed we couldn’t sleep in there because of the awful color!

Fantastic Girls’ Trip

Margaritaville II was the perfect place to celebrate retirement from our teaching career. Three of us retired together and celebrated by spending the first week of school at Cape San Blas. The home was even prettier than the pictures. We enjoyed coffee on the screened porch and a beautiful sunset and drinks on the upper deck every day. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes. The outside shower and hose made rinsing off super easy. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and inviting. The powder room on the first floor was very convenient. The kitchen was bright, cheery and open to the living area. Having a laundry room with folding space was a huge plus and a nice surprise in a beach rental. I have been vacationing on the Cape since 2000, and this was one of the best and most convenient homes we have ever rented. I will definitely be using Margaritaville II for a couple’s getaway soon!

The property was just as stated. We had plenty of room for our party of 5. It was nice to see the Gulf from the front and the Bay from the green bedroom upstairs!

Nice getaway

The rental was as described. It was comfortable and decorated very tastefully. We loved the house and how close it was to the beach. The views were very nice and the screened in porch was the perfect place for morning coffee, dinner or just relaxing. The ocean sounds were wonderful to sleep to. I think this is the perfect beach house. When we stayed there wasn't anyone next door, so it was really private. The beaches were not crowded and very nice. Great place for watching the sunset. We also enjoyed a fire on the beach. Perfection! Great vacation overall. The only reason for not receiving a 5 star review would be the towels and broken lounge chair on deck. The towels were very cheap and left lint on everything and everywhere. When you dried off, you got lint all over you. I would suggest bringing your own bath towels.

We had a WONDERFUL vacation at Margaritaville!!! Everything about the house was just as described!!! Beautiful gulf view!!! We will be staying here again!!!
