Del-Martian Bobo Chic studio, less then 2 miles from Torrey pines state beach!
If you love water activities, the big blue and hiking, this is the stay for you!
Our boho chic studio is located with beaches just 1 mile away, Torrey Pines trails 2 miles away & Downtown Del Mar, which offers plenty of fun and delicious dining and coffee with oceanfront views, only 1.5 miles away!
We (Owners) live next door and are happy to help with any questions, needs and recommendations! We also have extra surf boards and bogie boards to use if you'd like to ride the nearby waves!
Location, Location, Location. In terms of location, few spaces in San Diego beat Del Mar's serene beauty and experience. Del Mar is a quaint, coastal city with incredible rooftop eateries and amazing multi beach access. Surf, swimming and snorkeling are just some of the few water activities one can enjoy while vacationing in Del Mar. We also have highly desirable nearby neighborhoods located just 10-15 minutes from us, such as Solana beach, Encinitas and La Jolla. We are also located 20 minutes from downtown San Diego, Balboa Park and 25 minutes from Coronado island.
Grocery shopping and restaurants are also conveniently located across from the condo complex, less then a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk!
This studio is a large 400 square foot space converted into a studio with a mini kitchenette, master bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a private entrance with patio. We have an on-site pool and hot tub as well as a washer/dryer for community use. The washer/dryer is coin operated. Our kitchenette features a full sized
refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster & hot plate. All flatware & utensils are included.
PLEASE NOTE:***ONLY available sink is in the restroom. Restroom contains a sink with a drain catcher, if needed. This kitchenette style best suits guests with limited cooking needs and desires. Closet provides plenty of storage space. ***Kitchenette can handle use of 2 or 3 appliances max at the SAME time, due to short circuit. This kitchenette style best suits guests with limited cooking needs and desires
***Not a stand alone studio, walls shared with neighbors.
Please note: one month minimum required, strict cancellation policy.

We have created a space that we would want to live in :) We are passionate about creating a great and easy experience for our guests.
