Outdoor:
Grab your favorite friends and head to the desert to enjoy this amazing home and perfect backyard. Start your vacation with a fun day swimming in the refreshing pool with a tanning shelf. Frill up your favorite food on the natural gas-fueled barbecue. Your meals can be enjoyed on the patio dining table with seating for 8. Catch sun rays on one of eight lounge chairs with extra shade from the oversized umbrellas. When the kids are down for bed, grab your favorite drink and relax in the heated spa or around the natural gas fire pit. Enjoy the golf and mountain views from this amazing property.

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to comfortably lounge in front of a 70-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a Maytag side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for three. Challenge a friend to a game of 8-Ball on the Billiards table in the game room. This room features a bistro-style bar table with seating for two, a 32-inch HiSense Smart television, and a dart game. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the left of the home and features a King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Daybed with Trundle, a 43-inch Toshiba Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet, and one reach-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located in the bedroom hallway and features a King-sized Bed, 43-inch Toshiba Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and shelf with a hanging rod. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 43-inch Toshiba Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is at the end of the bedroom hallway and features one Full Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed and a large reach-in closet.

The hallway bathroom is in the hallway bedroom and features a bathtub, shower combo, and vanity sink. A hallway powder room is located at the entrance of the bedroom hallway.

Location: Endless Summer is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in all guests being evicted without a refund.
