The Colette is located in Spokane's best neighborhood. On the South Hill, this home sits just a few minutes from downtown Spokane, Gonzaga University, I-90 freeway, and downtown hospitals. The Colette is also within walking distance of several great restaurants, a must visit bakery and coffee shop, a convenience store, and other great shops.

We purchased and renovated the Colette to create a home that travelers will appreciate with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces and inviting bedrooms. Our number one goal is to make sure that your experience with us is nothing but 5 stars.

The Colette has 3 bedrooms (a King in the lower level, with a queen and full on the main floor), 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a small game room and two living spaces. The fully renovated kitchen includes a microwave, range, dishwasher, refrigerator & coffee bar. A covered BBQ and outdoor dining table is also available to our guests. There are two smart TVs in the living spaces and high speed internet available throughout the property.
