Spotless Apache Wells Country Club House In Mesa, AZ — a 55+ Community (Note: One of the renters must be at least 55). Our home is a perfect respite to spend time relaxing, enjoying the many activities in Apache Wells including the impeccably clean pool and hot tub, spending time playing golf at the on site course, winning at The Talking Stick Casino which has a great Poker Room, or if you are a foodie enjoying the many nearby restaurants!
The space
Apache Wells Country Club is home to “Alice Cooper’s Blood Bath Tournament,” the semi-annual “Snowbird Scramble,” the Apache Wells Shrine Club biannual tournament, and the Wingspan Air Heritage Foundation “Wings Tourney.” Golf for non-members is on an availability basis and can be arranged by calling the Golf Shop.
Guest access
The entire home and club house including pool, hot tub and work out facilities. There is not additional fee to you for these amenities; the fees are paid by the owner.
Other things to note
There is an antenna system for the tv in the living room and master bedroom. You will want to be prepared to stream your own stations by bringing your Amazon Firestick and/or Roku.

You will have the entire house, yard, garage and parking available to you; there are no additional guests staying in the home. The work out room, hot tub, pool, club house are shared with other homeowners.

The house is handicapped accessible at the Main Entrance. There is a ramp going into the door into the Living Room from the outside. While there are 2 hide a beds in the living room that would be accessible to our handicapped guests, our bathrooms would have to be accessed by walking into them or using a cane. Note to access the garage, including the laundry room, you will need to go down a few steps.
