With two well-appointed bedrooms upstairs from the living room and kitchen area, guests will find a cozy master suite featuring a queen bed and a TV. Down the hallway, a guest room with three twin beds and a TV offers added sleeping space. This villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The two bathrooms ensure convenience for everyone, allowing for a smooth start to your day.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh air on your private deck with garden views, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The property is just a short stroll (a half-mile) from the Seabrook Island Club and the pristine private beach, where you can soak up the sun or take part in various water activities.

Inside, the villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. The inviting living area is perfect for gathering with loved ones, featuring comfortable seating and a smart TV for entertainment.

• CLUB AMENITIES: Access to the private Seabrook Island Club is optional and available for purchase.
• POOL: Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the purchase of an amenity card. Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at this villa complex.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000336.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation. One step to the front door. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club (seasonally), dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access to these options is prohibited. The cards are $55 per day per family. Additional fees are charged for activities. Without club amenity cards, guests still have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. The fitness center at the Lakehouse and the indoor pool are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night to 179 nights. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name. Guests may be asked to show a license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive. Please note that LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are prohibited at this villa complex. THIS PROPERTY IS ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES.

• CHECK IN: While self-check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team provides self-check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone or meet you at the property.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: At Sandpiper, our portfolio of homes and villas are privately owned and professionally managed. We are a family-owned, locally based, on-island, licensed, first-class team which includes housekeepers, inspectors, maintenance staff, contractors, and more. Our team at Sandpiper strives to provide a seamless vacation experience with memories that will last a lifetime. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We are at your service for the duration of your stay.

• CLEANING: Our guests' safety and comfort are paramount. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With a reputation for attention to detail and adherence to the best cleaning practices, our guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. The marina is close by, as are historic gardens and plantations. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages of no less than $400 per incident.

• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Spectacular!

Accommodations as pictured. Close to beach. Very well thought out with everything we needed. The island is very nice and we highly recommend. Charleston 40 minutes away. Lots of restaurants near by.

Condo was as expected, and we had most of what we needed, with the exception of toiletries and hand soap (only tiny bars of soap for handwashing and one super mini bottle of shampoo). It seems much more standard now that these are provided by Vrbo hosts, but this host did not. Also, there was no option to communicate via text with the property management company that was listed as host, and they did not return a single one of my multiple phone calls in the week leading up to our stay. That was definitely a point of frustration, so I’m glad we didn’t have any issues that needed to be addressed during our stay. This was the first time we have experienced a non-responsive Vrbo host – disappointing. All of that said though, we really enjoyed Seabrook Island and would definitely return, but we will not likely stay in a property managed by Sandpiper Management again, despite the condo itself being fine for what we needed.

As a self-catering vacation rental, we provide a starter supply of toiletries to get guests through their initial arrival. This includes the travel-sized soap and shampoo you mentioned. Guests typically bring or purchase their preferred full-sized items for the remainder of their trip. We also need to address your comment regarding communication. Our direct phone number, 843-733-3009, is provided in all of our booking and check-in materials along with explicit instructions to text or call us anytime. We monitor this line constantly throughout the day. We have reviewed our logs and do not have any record of missed calls, voicemails, or text messages from your contact information prior to your stay.
