The neighborhood also has plenty of groceries, delis, vegetable stands, fish markets, and butcher shops nearby, including great Italian markets reflecting the neighborhoods Italian-American heritage.
This apartment has been fully restored for all your modern conveniences while leaving the charm of the 1880 brownstone. There are 2 bedrooms (King & Queen beds) & 2 full bathrooms. The basement level has radiant heating to keep you warm in the winter. The 2nd floor heating is provided by european style radiators. There are AC split system units in each bedroom for the steamy summer days. Cable TV with premium channels, free Wi-Fi & an apple TV, Roku or Firestick is on each TV.
There is a Miele washer & dryer for your use. Iron and ironing board provided.
Living room has large couch and chairs as well as 46" TV w/Roku. Dining room has large family size table with wall bench and 4 chairs.
Basement Master Bedroom has King bed. Bathroom is full size with dual shower heads. There is also a 42" TV and Apple TV remote. Full size closet. There is also a mini-split AC unit in the bedroom.
Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, TV, Firestick & closet. There is a mini split in the bedroom. Bathroom is full size and has deep spa tub for soaking.
There is free parking on the street.

Carroll Gardens is a beautiful neighborhood, filled with brownstones and cool modern homes. We love living in Brooklyn and have made some life-long friends. Carroll Gardens is a tight community with amazing restaurants and local shops. As much as we love Brooklyn, we also love to travel. The best thing about being a VRBO host is that we get to meet people from all over the world and share our travel experiences.

You will have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a dedicated workspace where there is also a pull out couch for overnight guests. There is also a large back yard with fire pit and gas grill where you can enjoy outdoor dining.
