Super comfy home located in a quiet & serene neighborhood just down the street from the Blue Run Park where you can access the Rainbow River by Swampy's the restaurant via non-motorized boats. There are also hiking and biking trails close by as well. It is a beautiful newer home that is spacious but cozy. The backyard is fully fenced making it perfect for kids & dogs (w/ fee). Fast Xfinity internet. Great work from home location in a beautiful spot in the Nature Coast. Come check us out!
This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own ensuite bathroom featuring a sink, shower, and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms are queen sized beds and share a hall bathroom with a tub shower. Each bedroom and living room boasts a smart tv with streaming options if you login to your subscriptions. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook and make yourself at home. The backyard features a propane grill, fire pit, and dining area that even comes with shelter from the rain and bugs. The backyard is fully fenced and is perfect to accommodate children and dogs or fun adults who like to throw a frisbee or lounge and read a book under the mature trees. Come make yourself at home!
