This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.
Situated near the entrance of America's magnificent Rocky Mountains, on the Big Thompson River, is the little town of Estes Park, Colorado - a quaint town with a scenic getaway to outdoor adventures and a glorious backdrop of snow-capped peaks. With friendly mountain vibe and a charming downtown area filled with shops and restaurants, this vacation destination provides access to Colorado's beautiful backcountry and is a popular jumping-off point for outdoor activities. Enjoy stunning views of mountain vistas, abundant wildlife and over 300 days of sunshine when you visit Estes Park, the sparkling gemstone of northern Colorado. Hike or bike any of the more than 300 miles worth of trails to see the wildflowers and birdwatch. Or, if you prefer, you can always relax in the surroundings and amenities back home, at your WorldMark Estes Park resort.
Within this studio hotel Queen bed in living area. Kitchen includes 2-burner stove, mini-fridge and microwave, no oven. Units are smaller than average WorldMark studios. No washer and dryer, common laundry area is available. No fireplace. Maximum occupancy 2.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to WorldMark Estes Park is Denver Intl Airport which is 57.4 miles by car respectively.

Suites with views are indicated as “deluxe.” All other suites have limited views.
Washer/dryers are limited to 2- and 3-bedroom suites. Studio and 1-bedroom suites have access to a shared guest laundry room.
1-Bedroom Deluxe A - Spacious walkout basement suite with a door leading directly to the riverbank.
1-Bedroom Deluxe B – Compact suite with balcony overlooking the river.
1-Bedroom – Compact, cozy cottage. Sleeps two comfortably. Limited bathroom vanity counter space. 400 sq. ft.
