Luxury condo steps from the beach! Complete modern renovation. Gym, heated pool

This is a stunningly fully renovated 3rd floor condo just steps from the beach with an amazing view from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and balcony. Walkin closet for the king bed master and a private adjoining master bathroom with dual vanities. Second bedroom has a king and two twins in a playhouse bunk your kids (and grownups!) will love.

All bedrooms have 4K 55" TV's, and the living room has a 70" 4K TV. Fast cable internet!

Living room has a huge sectional with seating for all.

Dining table with seating for all in addition to the kitchen bar with stools.

Brand new appliances all round. in fact everything is new!

Access to the Gym, heated pool, clubroom, tennis court and more!

Beach has chairs and umbrella rentals.

Target, MacDonalds, Chick Fil a, Winn Dixie (Grocery Store), tons of restaurants and shopping nearby in walking distance. The Destin Harborwalk is nearby and worth a visit. Lots of charters including dolphin cruises, sunset cruises etc available nearby. Great bike riding routes nearby, Or rent a golf cart for your stay.

Right on the beach!

Condo was nicely decorated and well stocked. Only a 2 second walk to the beach which was really nice

Beach/baseball week

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Steps to the beach and a very short drive to the baseball parks (we were here for a little league tournament), restaurants/grocery & Big Kahuna's. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded at all. The owners were very timely and responsive with any questions we had. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful Oceanfront Property

The condo has been completely renovated, and other condos in the building are currently being renovated. The location is perfect, the beach right out the door. We enjoyed both the couch and table and chairs on the deck, which faces the ocean. You can't go wrong.

Wonderful Vacation!

I had the best stay. It was a beautiful home away from home. Property owner was so helpful through the entire process. Quickly responded back to me with any questions I had. The location is exactly as shown online. Great views of the ocean. I couldn't believe how quickly we got to the beach from the property. I have so many great things to say about this place! I would definitely stay here again next year!

Perfect Getaway!

The condo has just been renovated and had everything that we needed. The beds and the bed linens were amazing! My daughter asked if we could get the same kind at home. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and then we were so close to the beach. The beach service did a wonderful job in taking care of us and having us set up each day. We were also so close to our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back! We loved it!

First time to Destin

Our stay was great! The condo was beautifully decorated, looks like photos. Loved sitting on balcony and watching the waves. Such a stunning beach and can be reached within a minute from condo. Minimal crowds and weather was perfect. It was our first time to Destin and we enjoyed it so much. My two sons loved the bunk bed house. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Publix and it was a wonderful getaway. Ainslie was a great communicator. We often had the heated pool to ourselves! No complaints! It is close to so many things. We went parasailing, to a movie at Destin Commons, shopping at outlet mall and bowling at Uncle Buck's. There is a Target very close by.

Beautiful condo with a great view

The condo is perfect. So bright and clean. My husband loves the fans in the bedrooms because they’re more like box fans than regular ceiling fans. We cooked 80% of our meals in the condo and had all the cooking utensils and pots we needed. Plenty of storage space for clothes, bags, beach equipment. The balcony was great to eat lunch or breakfast on. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Close to a Walmart, local restaurants and coffee shops. We utilized the pool and workout room in the condo’s community and they were great! There are also pickleball courts and a tennis court! Our only disappointment wasn’t even with the condo listed, but the beach in front of the condo doesn’t allow personal umbrellas, tents, or canopies so we walked down a little bit to put up an umbrella(tents and canopies still weren’t allowed). Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent at a daily or weekly rate though. We just needed a little more space than those had for our kids to play. We’ve never been to Destin before so this may be a common thing because there seemed to be umbrella rentals all down the beach. We really appreciated the hospitality from the owner! It is a great place to stay!

We love Destin. Everything is so close. And this property has it all. Pool, gym, clubhouse and a beach right there!

We fell in love with the view - stunning! The constantly changing sun and activity makes sitting on the balcony a most relaxing pastime. This condo needed total renovation and we love to do that so we jumped on this opportunity and we hope you love it as much as we do. We think its the nicest available!
