Aptly named for the emerald waters and crystalline sand dunes located at its doorstep, Emerald Dunes 205 is a beachy vacation condo in Destin’s Crystal Beach. With Gulf-front windows that offer picturesque views of the coast, it’s the perfect place for a paradise getaway. The condo has two bedrooms, two baths and can accommodate up to eight beachgoers.

The main area is open and bright, featuring sunny windows that overlook the beach. Sliding glass doors filter in more sunlight and open out onto a waterfront balcony furnished with lounge seating. The living room includes a light blue queen-size sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, and white accent armchair. The cozy seating ensemble is centered around a black-and-white patterned rug and custom-made hardwood drink table. The setup faces a wall-mounted TV. The dining area sits adjacent to the living room, and it boasts a rustic country-style table and six chairs. With two walls of glass doors and windows encasing the dining room, guests can enjoy delicious homecooked meals and refreshing mixed drinks while watching the waves greet the shore. The modern kitchen overlooks the dining area. It has gleaming white countertops, a hexagon-tiled backsplash, custom white cabinetry, two contemporary-styled gold light fixtures, and a breakfast bar with saddle stool seating.

The master suite is comfortably styled with a king-size bed, wood armoire, winged armchair, and a flatscreen TV. Its private, en-suite bath features dual vanities and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom combines a nautical and beach chic feel, with a blue accent wall and surf décor. This room also has a king-size bed, unique wood headboard, sunny window, and a wall-mounted TV. A hallway bunk nook with a twin bunk provides additional sleeping accommodations.

A stay at the Emerald Dunes complex ensures guests have access to all the best vacation amenities. These include a swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by a sun patio and lounge chairs, a community BBQ area, and convenient beach access. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, shops, and coastal entertainment. Across the street, Camille’s at Crystal Beach serves locally sourced seafood and sushi. Down the road, you can check out 790 on the Gulf, which also offers tasty seafood options. Other fun and convenient venues to visit include the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

Elevator Replacement Notice: Please note that Emerald Dunes will be replacing the building’s only elevator, which will be out of service for approximately 3–5 weeks. The project is expected to begin in mid-January with completion by March 1, 2026. Guests staying during this period will need to use stairs for all floor access. We appreciate your understanding as this important improvement is completed. Discounted rates are reflected during the project period.
