A small glitch getting into the house as the door sticks. The host returned our call immediately and told us how to successfully open it every time. The house was beautiful. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for us all. The kids especially enjoyed the games and the play space under the stairs. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to entertainment and shopping. I will rent it again for future trips.

Comfy & Homey

Check in was a breeze. Place is spacious and cozy. We had 2 families that stayed and it was perfect. We loved having access to park in the garage so the girls’ bat bags were secure and not taking up space or tracking in dirt. The location was great and a quiet neighborhood. Walmart was just down the street for easy shopping for groceries and whatnot. And Dutch Bros is close by too!

Clean new home

Great place to stay! House is new, very clean and has activities/ games to keep you entertained. Nice and quiet neighborhood and a short drive away from downtown Meridian, Topgolf and others. Highly recommend this place!

The house was nice and clean. Once we figured out how to get in and out of the subdivision it was a great location.

Family Thanksgiving weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the house. We had a daughter and her family move to Boise this past summer. All of our family wanted to get together for the holiday. This house was close to their home and it was great to have an extra place to sleep and hang out. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. I do wish that the owner was better at communicating. I sent a text to him the day before we arrived to see if the house had plenty of blankets because it was going to be cold while we were there. I never got a response back from him. That was frustrating. Overall the house was great. Communication could have been much better.

Great place and great location

House was perfect for a family stay. We had a range of ages and the house suited everyone’s needs. A lack of communication upon check in but was easily sorted out. Could not easily find any check out instructions so did the standard checkout chores. If we need a family base again in the Boise area we will definitely book this propagation.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was nice and new! It is a perfect location just off the freeway. The beds were great and plenty of supplies. We will definitely be back!!

Clean and comfortable home (but beware poor communications)

Great location in a quiet new neighborhood just south of I84. Listing should be clarified to note that this is a 2-½ bath home, not 3 full baths. Comfortable beds, including the twin bunk beds (which are in the only bedroom on the main floor). Kitchen was well stocked with spices, a generous supply of coffee pods, and more than the typical pantry items, but no wine glasses (which I had specifically inquired about prior to the trip but did not get a response). Overall, a clean and decent quality home (except the rickety outdoor table and one of its chairs needs to be fixed for safety), with nice amenities for fun. The primary frustration was poor communication from the host, notably consistently slow responses, unanswered or only partially answered questions prior to the trip, and confusion regarding checkout time (the listing and VRBO check-in email 3 days prior to the trip stated 11:00 am, but a message from Josh right before the trip “reminded” me of the 10:00 checkout time, and the housekeeper showed up by 10:30 even though I had responded to the host’s message with a request to honor the 11:00 checkout previously communicated to me. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed the home for our small reunion, but the communication frustrations would prevent me from staying here again.

We used this house as our base camp for our son’s wedding. The location was perfect for all the planned activities. The house is super clean and comfortable will 100% stay here again.

This home is beautiful, quiet, and has a great location in Meridian. It is spacious and perfect for our group of seven guys. The bunk beds are meant for children, but that was a minor note and did not diminish our enthusiasm for the home.

Our stay at this property was great. Enough room for our entire family. My kids loved playing with the toys and foosball table. We had a great time in Idaho, the house was near everything we needed.

New, clean and great location

We stayed in the home while we were in Meridian for our son's wedding. The house was in a beautfiul neighborhood with easy acces to shopping very close by. Beds were comfortable, with sleeping space for up to 10 people. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner was great. As we were preparing to check in, the VRBO site went down, but we were able to contact the owner directly and were immediately sent the check-in details. I would highly recommend this home for a stay in the Boise/Meridian area.

Great location.

I loved the cleanliness and location of the property. It was a great location for our planned activities. Very clean, which is really the most important thing for me. I didn’t receive check in info until 2 hours before check in. Most rentals I’ve been in give info day before. We were traveling from out of town so that would have been nice to know. I even contacted VRBO directly because host didn’t reply to check in messages. Could definitely use more plates, cups, etc for kitchen for larger parties (we had 9 total). Also VRBO listed check out at 11am but owner requested a 10am check out. Overall, great place to stay and hope they are able to keep up with cleanliness.

Clean & New

This home was amazing! Super safe and family orientated neighborhood. Children's play area around the corner. Walking distance to Walmart and a huge water park. We were here for my son's wedding so our time was pretty full with family activities and couldn't try out that awesome water park. Although the men did Top Golf and enjoyed their evening. The host was great always replying quickly to emails. The furniture was new and modern not old out casts. The kids enjoyed fuseball, air hockey, connect 4 (huge), and cornhole. The kids bedroom had a cute walk in closet with littles toys, color books and a table to use for them. This was fun for my grands that came to visit. If you have littles the master closet is huge! I thought you could put air mattress in there and have them close to you. They also have a portable crib in the closet if needed. The home (which I didn't get in other homes I've been to) had coffee pods, trash bags, the bathrooms had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The beds were comfortable and the towels were quality towels. Plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. I'm sure we will be back in town when my son has children, so looking forward to returning here and going to that water park.

Family Fun in Meridian

Awesome house, awesome neighborhood and walking distance to amazing family fun at Wazooz and Roaring Springs. This was a week long family vacation and the house had great amenities including fun games. Hopefully this property will be available next year too. Thanks again.

Josh was very very slow at responding to questions and requests! Had to contact agent 3 times to communicate. Requested a 100% 1 night refund a week before dead line. Was given a 80% refund 3 weeks later. Josh changed the Vrbo rate per night to make it look like 3 nights cost the same as four nights. We received the door code entry email over an hour after check-in time! The WiFi and TV’s internet didn’t work when we finally got the password. I will avoid using Vrbo ever again because the cancellation process was difficult!!

Absolutely Excellent!

This house is in a great location with quick access to essentials and the nearby water park. The property was very clean, well provisioned and extremely comfortable for a large family. Great communication from our host, Josh, topped off a fantastic experience for our vacation. We highly recommend!
