Bill's Bay Breeze is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a weekend getaway! The screened-in back porch is relaxing, with waterfront views of the bay and the wildlife! This house sleeps 8 and is roughly 10 houses down from Public Beach Access 3 on Alligator Point! You can also enjoy Alligator Point's Marina right down the road where you can launch your boat to enjoy a day of fishing and the Tiki Hut where they offer burgers, seafood and drinks! Bald Point State Park is just minutes away!

This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management. We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises or you can send a message here . We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

Quiet, remote neighborhood on Alligator Point
There is a tiki bar at the Marina, but other than that, you'll need to leave the Point to get to stores/shopping.

Lockbox access- code will be provided 24 hours before check-in.

Alligator Point is a remote area- there is no public transit, but golf carts are welcome!

Special discounted rates Off-Season (Labor Day - February 28th): $3,000 per month, $1,000 weekly (not including taxes/fees). Please send a message to the host to request.

Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.

Wonderful stay! Check-in was a breeze and all communications were clear and concise. Management was wonderful and the property was perfect. It was great that it was pet friendly. The house was super comfortable, including couches and the bed. The screen porch with bay view was amazing! It was quiet, private, relaxing and comfortable! My pooch and I would enjoy returning to Bills Bay Breeze in the future!

Enjoyed our stay. The porch is the best part, my husband loved fishing in the Bay. This is our second stay and they corrected any concerns we expressed last time.

With some improvements it would be OK for 2 adults plus children.

Pros: If the weather is warm, the porch would be a great living space. However, it faces north so there is very little sun in the winter. The Internet, TV, heat are all good. Although right on Alligator Drive, there was a vacant lot on each side which made it reasonably private. The 3 beds that we used were comfortable and there were good reading lights for them. There are only 2 steps to enter the house. The realtors were easy to contact and responded quickly. There were fans in all the main rooms which helped for warm nights since not all the windows opened, or there were no screens in them. The beach access is a 2 minute drive or an 8 minute walk.Cons: Even though it is purported to sleep 8, the space is only comfortable for 2 adults (plus children). The only indoors sitting space are 2 small couches (no reading lamps) and 8 kitchen chairs. There's very little space for personal belongings. The bathroom light over the sink didn't work and there was no grab bar in the shower. The kitchen wasn't particularly well equipped if you plan on cooking at home.Several of these things were brought to the realtor's attention so maybe there have been some improvements. We might consider staying here again.

Alligator Point Getaway - Billy Breeze Home

The house was just as described and comfortable. Kitchen equipped with lots of utensils, pot, pans and coffee mugs. Must say the back deck was especially nice and inviting. Beds were comfortable, and wifi good. The one bathroom was tiny but there were only 3 adults, can't imagine with more people than that. The only negative was having to drive 45mins out of the way to get keys and another 45mins to return keys.
