Beach Getaway Just Refreshed, Sleeps 8 <4 br> EV level 2 charging- views

Casa Del Mar is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach view home with magnificent Gulf of Mexico views. This is a family home rental with a screened porch, large decks, an outside shower, and a fire pit complimenting the amenities.

The home is newly renovated and comfortably furnished with a large family or group in mind. The master bedroom is on the main level with two additional bedrooms upstairs and another bedroom downstairs that would be perfect for in-laws or teens who want to be away from the rest of the family. This bedroom is accessed from ground level only and has its own entry. The kitchen is fully stocked with flat cooktop stove, convection oven, large microwave, and plenty of cookware for the stay at home chef. Our guests can choose from the local restaurants or cook at home with a view.

We have two exterior security cameras. one at the front door and one looking at back staircase. these are for building security and are only accessed if we have an issue or concern.

Casa del Mar faces northeast for the most incredible sunrise and moon rise views imaginable. Turtles, Eagles, Dolphins abound! Just steps from the sandy white beach, this place is sure to please.

this is a great house. very comfortable and well equipped. this area is so quiet, we were the only people on the beach for several days during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and we will be checking back into staying again when we visit the area again. The home was very nice and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Anytime we had a question, the host was very quick to help.

We really enjoyed our stay. I was a bit off put when we arrived and the yard and under the carport area were very messy. First impression was not a good one. The outside of the house and lawn need maintenance. The inside of the house was fine. The beds were comfortable, clean, and there were plenty of towels, etc. The location was great for us as we are older and not as mobile as we used to be. We loved the outside area and spent most of our time on the porch and upper deck. There is plenty of space to spread out and have some alone time. We would definitely stay her again.

The host was great! Communicated quickly and very helpful. The house held two families comfortably. All the kid accessories were a big help. Love how the beaches weren’t crowded and could enjoy the scenery. Would highly recommend!!

Great house! We especially enjoyed the large screened in porch with beautiful sunrises. Home was equipped with so many kids things that was so helpful! I.e high chairs, pack and play, lots of toys, (our 2 yr old grandson Loved the chicken! He cried because it couldn’t come back with us! lol), and many kids dinnerware, cups, etc! The owners were very helpful in getting us anything we needed, and made great recommendations on eateries and things to do in area! Highly recommend!

Alligator Point

Nice peaceful location, lots of deer and other wildlife. We were lucky to be there in early November to see the migrating butterflies.

Beautiful views

We have fallen in love with this area. The views from both the upstairs porches and downstairs deck were just gorgeous. The rainbow pink sunsets were amazing!

Friends Weekend

Great layout of the 3 bedrooms for our group of 3 couples. Close to the beach - great view from the screened porch. Everything was as expected - nice house. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful beach getaway

Great communication with the hosts. Spectacular home with a variety of seating areas with sun exposure, shade, and screened porch. Very nice beach access for morning and evening walks. We are already looking forward to a return visit!!!

Location!

The location and views of the gulf from the house are amazing! We loved taking the kayaks provided out every day. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place. Jessee was also very quick at responding when I had questions while there.

Phenomenal stay!!

We had an amazing week at this rental!! The place was well situated, was spacious enough for 9 of us for the week without feel crowded unless we were watching basketball games together downstairs! the kitchen was well stocked and had things we needed without issue! The hosts were absolutely amazing at responding to questions we had or any concerns, cannot say enough good things! We would gladly come back to this place and stay again!

Just Right!

Owners were very responsive, made the stay better. Had it not been for 2 1/2 days of TERRIBLE weather the stay would have perfect. As it was, Casa Del Mar was a great place to hunker down for the bad weather, and when the weather got better it was grand!

House was mostly nice. Floors were sticky and dirty. Deck nails popping up all over with loose boards and long splintered sections. Daughter got lice from upstairs bedroom. Host blamed our dogs for bringing them. Then insinuated I didn’t know what I was talking about. Dogs don’t carry lice. Beds we didn’t use had lice. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but the host cut the air up to 76 one day while we were at the beach and 74 that night. I checked the run schedule on the ac and those temps were not on them or close. It took hours and hours to finally cool down. So if you like cameras with microphones and a host controlling the ac with google home I highly suggest. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known. First bad review I have ever left any person or business.

beach time with the daughters

My wife and I stayed here with our two adult daughters. We had a great time. The house is big with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, including one separate room downstairs with its own ensuite bathroom. There are three kayaks and we all enjoyed paddling out and swimming off the kayaks. Great views from the screen porch. (Don't rent on the gulf without a screen porch. Seriously.) Perfect spot for coffee at sunrise. We don't fish, but looks like a lot of people were fishing and crabbing. Little town nearby has some great seafood both in restaurants and a little fish market. Communication with the hosts was timely and helpful. Kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery you'd need to make a meal. Plenty of parking.

Awesome home and area

House is very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for all of us to relax, eat, do nothing as you should on vacation! Jesse was very responsive to any messages to assist when we could not find an answer. The water around this part of the coast isn't the clearest and you have to go out a bit to get through some of the muck but well worth it. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect House for our Family

The house was perfect for my husband and me, my one son's family with two kids and the other son's family with an infant. It is well equipped with kitchen items, laundry facilities and even an extra refrigerator! I loved the screened porch. The only problem we had was with the code to get in. However, the host was quick to respond and could fix it remotely. The location is great--a few steps to the beach and not far from dining in Panacea. We really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing and peaceful

We enjoyed this peaceful home for a week. It was a short walk to the most beautiful sunrises and amazing night skies. Not a lot of traffic or fighting for a spot on the beach. Just what we wanted and needed for our busy family. To have no where to go but the sand and water. We seen and experienced so much of Florida’s wildlife on this vacation. From sharks, dolphins, sting rays, crabs, deer, birds, and pretty sure we had a visit from a bear. We didn’t see Mr bear but he left evidence. The home was also prefect for what we all needed.

Our family lives in Nashville TN and we felt we needed a place to relax and call home when we need a break from our busy every day life. We have three very active children and sometimes we just need a quiet place to recharge. When we find time we do love hiking, kayaking and seeing friends. We like being hosts because we can share something that is so dear to us with you. Maybe you need a break and we want you to be able to recharge as well.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We choose this area because it is peaceful and quiet. Waking up and watching the sunset either from the porch or the beach is our favorite part of the day. Because the beach isn't a public beach you don't have to struggle to find a spot and enjoy the day. We love walking in to the national park and seeing all the different wildlife, like alligators, bears and deer.
