---THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR THIS RENTAL IS 6 PEOPLE. THIS INCLUDES BOTH ADULTS AND CHILDREN, UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY THE LEESOR. ARRIVING TO CASA GRACIELA WITH MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE (ADULTS & CHILDREN) WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL RESULT IN A DENIED CHECK-IN AND NO REFUND.



- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500 as we understand accidents happen. However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

- El Cantil is a vibrant and premier oceanfront property that can experience periods of construction upgrades to improve the overall guest experience. These are usually confined to one unit per building at a time and only occur between the hours of 9am-5pm.

----LOCAL CELEBRATIONS AND EVENTS CAN OCCASIONALLY TAKE PLACE IN COZUMEL. THE CELEBRATIONS CAN SOMETIMES GO LATE INTO THE NIGHT. MEXICO INDEPENDENCE DAY (SEPT) AND CARNAVAL (4 WEEKS, END OF JAN - BEGINNING FEB) ARE TWO EXAMPLES.
