There are two spacious master suites, each with king beds, terrace access, and beautiful Caribbean Sea views. Wake up to the sun sparkling on the water and step out onto your huge private terrace to sip your coffee! There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy a meal while you watch the sun set over the sea. The open layout of the living area, dining space and kitchen let you enjoy the gorgeous views anytime. Fully-loaded with all appliances, the large kitchen is bright and inviting. There is dining space for 6, as well as a raised bar with 3 chairs. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep you comfortable. There's also s Vonage phone line for free long-distance calls.

Conveniently located across the street from a major grocery store and cinema, and just a few minutes' walk away from great shopping and gourmet restaurants. One of the best things about this complex is that it's right on the water's edge, so you can snorkel and swim anytime! It has a natural grotto with steps leading right into the sea, plus a swimming pool.

-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

Everyone had a great time. The condo had plenty of room for all six adults plus kiddo. Loved the 7th floor balcony with view of the Caribbean.

Paradise

I almost don’t want to say anything to keep this gem a secret! Everything from start to finish was smooth and easy process. The description was on point but the pictures hardly do it justice. You truly have to be there to appreciate it. It was a beautiful unit with plenty of room and views that made our trip. The veranda was our favorite place to be! You’ll also find it convenient to walk into town and there’s a grocery store right across the street. I am so grateful I had the privilege to stay here. Thank you for a beautiful trip and memory!

One week trip

Had blow dryers, washcloths, etc. Plus a bathroom for every bedroom and living room. Loved how the grocery store was right across the street. And the hot-tub was a nice bonus, would stay again!

Beautiful condo in the best location in Cozumel.

The condo was perfect for 3 couples. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean.The manmade beach was very nice and we had no problem getting a palapas each day for shade. The stairs to the ocean made for easy entry in to the beautiful water.The location was perfect with 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes. Most restaurants are within walking distance.I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Beautiful condo would easily accommodate 6 people. Really comfortable beds and bathrooms. Every single light switch was labelled for its functionality, brilliant! Fans everywhere and central AC! Top notch stay!

Amazing!

I can’t say enough about our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and probably the most well stocked kitchen appointed with all the tools you need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The doormen/security were helpful and friendly. The pool and mini man-made beach area was lovely and quiet. Location was perfect with a grocery store right across the street. But the BEST part was the view from the large patio, the views are stunning! Hands down, I would recommend this condo and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful views, wonderful staff

My husband and I stayed here with another couple thanksgiving weekend. We had a wonderful time. Eve was attentive and quick to respond to any needs and Jeannette in housekeeping kept the place looking nice! Would highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Wonderful property

My husband and I and another couple went down for a long weekend. The condo was perfect right across the street from the grocery store. The view and the water was amazing. Can’t wait to go back and stay there again

Gorgeous View

I cannot say enough about this condo. From the doormen, to the decor, to the space and ofcourse the amazing view, we were absolutely blown away. Eva was always quick to respond and hooked us up with Andrea who set us up with massages on the patio, our own personal chef, a day at a beach club, a guided tour of the island and transportation back to the airport. The beds are comfortable (although an extra foam topper on the Kings would be very nice).The pools were such a relaxing experience at the end of the day and the snorkeling off the condo patio was so convenient and some of the best on the island. Everything was clean, quiet and safe. The condo is on a fairly busy street but we never heard a peep.Kitchen was well stocked and the 3 1/2 baths were perfect for a group of 5 women. Grocery store directly across the street was EVERYTHING! We can't wait to come back.

El Cantil has best location

We have stayed at El Cantil, renting several different units, depending on size of our party and time did the year. Best location and best infinity pool! This unit was as beautiful and well equipped as any we have rented. We will be back.
