Located just 2.5 miles from the vibrant local community and town square. 2,100+ square feet arranged in an open and airy floor plan on the 7th floor. The condo was as advertised and was cleaned daily, which was a nice perk. Air conditioning in the bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay. And the views were gorgeous!

Great and location on the beach

We have stayed at several different places in Cozumel and this one is our favorite. Nicely furnished, quiet, great beach and close to town.

Perfect & thoughtful

This unit is spacious & warm. Perfect space for our family with teens to spread out with beautiful ocean views from the really big balcony. The thoughtfulness of snacks on arrival & daily maid service really helped this mama out. Pool was clean & a perfect temperature. Even enjoyed the beach club next door for a convenient meal or Caribbean cocktail. I’ll recommend this property.

Las Brisas 702

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with older children. It is so spacious and had everything we needed and more! They had some drinks and fresh fruit and snack and bread waiting for us so we didn't feel like we had to rush to the store immediately. There are views from every direction. The balcony overlooking the beach was our favorite place. Just stunning views. Our host was very responsive with any questions we had. We haven been to Cozumel several times and we would definitely stay here again! Also Ruby our housekeeper was very friendly and a nice surprise to have!

Christmas 2022

This condo was absolutely fabulous! Wonderful views from both balcony’s! The front balcony has amazing sunrise views and the ocean side has beautiful sunsets. It is well maintained and perfectly stocked with supplies. I would stay here again and again… The property manager was attentive and responded immediately and the cleaning ladies were exceptional. The only downside to the location involved the early morning music from the beach club next door along with their barking guard dog. Be prepared! 😁

Beautiful view

This property is wonderful! The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is very clean and well maintained with friendly staff onsite and some nice supplies to get your vacation started right away. There are very few condos in the building (I don't think I saw another person for 2 days) and that makes the pool feel very private, as it is also very clean and well maintained. Each bedroom has an additional AC Split, so the rooms are all very comfortable, and with nice beds. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom, with an additional 1/2 bath near the main living area, which is very convenient. The sunsets are awesome from the expansive balcony (the width of the condo) which has 16 stools, a hammock, two small tables, and a large table. Two of the bedrooms and the living room all have doors with direct access. There is an additional balcony off the kitchen with views of the jungle. We spent most of our daytime hours on the balconies or down at the pool while on the property. The only downside is that the beach is public, which is fine, however it can be very loud during the day, especially on Sundays. I didn't mind it a whole lot until there was some people with large speakers blasting terrible techno music. Honestly though, we did not experience any noise problems after 6:30 PM any night during our weeklong stay. That noise during the day is the ONLY reason I rated the one category at 4 instead of 5. Also, if you are inside with the doors closed, you can't hear much of anything. It's a very well built and quiet building with quality windows and doors. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a great vacation!

Spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and equipped each condo in safe and secure optimally located condo. Fulvio the agent, Ruby the housekeeper, Hector the pool and maintenance supervisor are all warm, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo

Safety and comfort are priority for us when we travel and this condo has both. 24 hour security guard on duty, but even without that the neighborhood felt very safe. The locals like to use the beach area (esp on Sunday), but there was still plenty of space to snorkel and swim and bonus, there are local vendors right outside the building so you can sample some snacks. Beds were super comfy and the AC works very well. We will definitely rent here again!
