Thw property is super cute and comfy. We had everything we needed for our two day trip into Austin. . The location checked off all the boxes for conviences and lots of choices for food and entertainment ,which we did not have time to explore.

Room was great. AC worked incredibly well. Be aware the unit IS on the 3rd floor with no elevator but the steps were not steep. I just somehow managed to overlook that when I booked Beds were very comfy with 2 nice large tvs in the unit. Location felt very central to everything we were interested in. Would definitely book again.

Great place in a great neighborhood!

We truly enjoyed our time here! Very clean and comfortable place to spend our time. It was also very conveniently located to multiple different areas of Austin which made it very easy to come & go as we wanted. It really felt like we had a homebase in Austin! Owners were very communicative up front - we didn't have any issues while we there, but I have no doubt they would have been responsive if we did!

Wonderful condo in Austin

We stayed a week and explored the area. The condo had everything we needed. We were very comfortable, with great beds, an amazing shower and enough room to spread out a little after a day of activities. The location was very convenient to the things we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Austin.

Family in Austin

This is a great home, very clean, roomy and quiet. Very comfortable furniture with plenty of room for relaxing. We really enjoyed the snacks and drinks we found upon our arrival. Thanks again and I'm sure we'll be back.

Weekend Trip to Austin

The condo was fabulous. Filled with natural light and large windows. Great location. Good water pressure in the spa shower. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Austin.

Family Visit

This place was much nicer and in a better area than a place we stayed in by South Congress a couple years ago. Would definitely stay again if it's available when we come back. Nice balcony, corner unit so good light, could get the AC lower at night, very clean, two people could work there. Easy walk to Matt's El Rancho and Hattie B's.

Better than expected

This condo was better than we expected. We were able to explore the sites easily from the location. Walgreens is next door for the items we forgot. Very clean and comfortable. Rain shower was great. Owners were great to work with. Highly recommend.

Exactly As Described!

We really enjoyed this property! It was a short Uber ride to downtown and Congress st. There were stores for necessities in walking distance and the communication with the property owner was quick and easy. Also, completely reasonable check-out expectations. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay at a convenient location. Close to downtown and all the hot spots we wanted to hit in a quiet apartment. One small thing that we really appreciated was how well setup the apartment was. There were sufficient dishes, pots, pans, spices, etc. to cook food at the apartment. The beds all had enough (and nice) pillows and bedding. There were storage options for our clothes. Small things, but make a big difference for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

AUSTIN LIVING AT ITS BEST!

This condo was exactly as the pictures show. It is cool and trendy, immersing us in Austin vibes. We felt like we were living in a treehouse with the landscaping that surrounded the balcony area. The condo is gorgeous and so well appointed. The beds are beyond comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the owners left complimentary snacks and beverages. The bathroom with its spa like rain shower was heavenly. This condo is right in the heart of South Lamar and we were never more than a ten minute drive to all we wanted to do. But what really sets this condo apart from any other vacation rental we have ever done is the owner. The day before our arrival I received a welcome text with further rental information along with suggestions of places to visit while in Austin. The owner's communication with us after we checked out showed that he really cared what we thought of his home. Evolve was also beyond wonderful. I will always look at Evolve properties for now on as well. While we found this condo on VRBO it was actually an Evolve property and the experience with Evolve was so much smoother than anything I have every experienced through VRBO or other property management companies. Everything about this condo was top notch and made our stay (planning our son's wedding) beyond relaxing. We will definitely book Casa Verde the next time we travel to Austin.

Great location, tucked away in SoLa. Walk to Matt’s El Rancho! Quick ride to UT and SoCo. Host was quick to respond when help was needed. Sad to see the ice maker did not work, and a few items were not clean, the coffee pot & some utensils which seemed clean as they were in the drawer.
