PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. - Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free. - Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. - You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. - LOST KEY FOB is $100. - LOST GARAGE SENSOR is $150 - LOST PARKING PASS IS $25. - If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30. - Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
7. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security. -- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help. -All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. -All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest.
8. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. -If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.
9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.

Lovely space, very clean, everything we needed for a long weekend in SLC. We didn’t cook here but the kitchen appeared to have all the essentials. Bed was comfortable, having the dedicated parking spot was great and location was a quick drive to all the restaurants we wanted to check out and easy access to hiking just outside the city.

We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Secure city parking was a bonus . Great view and access to public transportation. Thanksgiving dinner went on without a hitch! Host was very responsive.

Perfect location near University of Utah
Our son was graduating from his MBA program at the University of Utah. We wanted a place that would allow all of us to gather, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This was perfect. Exceptionally clean and well equipped- including coffee supplies. Within walking distance to numerous eating establishments, and a 7-11 right beside the building. Secure building. Fabulous stay.

This place was even better in person!
Be sure to look at the photo instructions for check in!! It’s all very clear once you just follow the well-written and photographed directions. I loved this place. The apartment itself was comfy. Loved the bed and pillows!!! Clean. Neat. Good quality place. Enjoyed the hottub and gym. Nice people here. The foyer was being painted while we were there but the painters were friendly and cordial. Loved the location. So close to groceries and food. Thanks for a great stay.
